The Clinical Research Of Treatment About Allergic Rhinitis With Pulmonary Spleen Qi Deficiency In Children By Strengthing Earth To Generate Metal

Objective: To observe the clinical research(Jianpi Tongqiao Recipe combined with Zusanli acupuncture and moxibustion)in treating allergic rhinitis with pulmonary spleen qi deficiency in children by strengthing earth to generate metal,and to explore whether integrated Chinese and western medicine can more effectively alleviate the condition of children,with a view to enriching clinical treatment.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,86 children with lung and spleen qi deficiency type allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in the pediatric outpatient department of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Hospital were randomly divided into control group 43 and observation group 43.With the treatment plan of mometasone furfurate nasal spray,the observation group was treated with Jianpi Tongqiao Recipe combined with Zusanli acupoint moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The full-component Chinese medicine was given 1 day,and morning and evening were taken twice after meal.Oral administration for 2 weeks is a course of treatment,with a rest period of 2 weeks during the course of treatment,a total of 3 courses,with Zusanli moxibustion once every other day.Observation indicators: The clinical efficacy of treatment at 2 weeks,6 weeks,and 12 weeks,mainly related to the secondary symptoms and changes in the total score of the disease.The statistical software SPSS22.0 was used for data statistical processing.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups at the end of treatment.The observation group had a total of 42 cases,of which 16 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.10%.The control group was totally 42 cases,of which 12 were effective There were 14 cases effective and 16 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 61.90%.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was different by rank sum test(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of clinical symptom scores: compare the changes of the total scores of major symptoms,minor symptoms,and symptoms before treatment,2 weeks,6weeks,and 12 weeks of treatment:(1)The major syndrome scores,minor syndrome points,and total symptoms of observation group and control group The scores were significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores(P<0.001),which was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of the main symptom scores between the two groups found that sneezing,itching,nasal congestion,and signs in the observation group were different from those in the control group at week 2.(P<0.001),runny nose was different from the control group at week2(P<0.05);(3)Comparison between the two groups of symptom scores found that the observation group was short of breath,fatigue,low tone,and pale complexion at week 2compared with the control group(P<0.001),and sweating was different from the control group at week 6(P<0.001),diet was different from the control group at week 12(P<0.05),and stool was different from the control group at week 12(P<0.001);(4)The two groups were treated at 2 weeks,6 weeks,and 12 weeks with The comparison of the total score of the disease before treatment was statistically analyzed,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusions:The method of strengthing earth to generate metal to treat allergic rhinitis with pulmonary spleen qi deficiency in children can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and has good clinical application value.
