Clinical Observation Of Yishen Tiaodu Acu-therapy In The Treatment Of Sensorineural Tinnitus Due To Loss Of Kidney Essence

Objective: Through observing and evaluating the efficacy of Yishen Tiaodu Acu-therapy in treating sensorineural tinnitus due to loss of kidney essence type,and compared with the clinical effect of conventional acupuncture method.It will provide a new thinking for the sensorineural tinnitus due to loss of kidney essence clinical therapy.Method : Under the rigorous randomized controlled clinical trial,60 patients whose situation matches the standard that we need were divided into the treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with 3courses of treatment,compered the change of tinnotus severity classification and THI scores and TCM Syndromes of scores to evaluate the efficacy of Yishen Tiaodu Acu-therapy.Result:1.The two groups in gender,age,part of tinnitus and disease duration were compered before the treatment,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The two groups in tinnotus severity classification and THI scores and TCM Syndromes of scores before the treatment,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.After the treatment is completed,the THI scores of the treatment group were better than the comtrol group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The duration of tinnitus,the effect of sleep,the impacton life and work,the general feeling and the overall score of tinnitus in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The treatment group in the TCM Symptom scores of tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan,dizziness,night urination,sweating,aversion to cold and hot flashes than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.In the overall efficiency comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 83.33%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant,P< 0.05,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comclusion:1.Yishen Tiaodu Acu-therapy and conventional acupuncture method have a good curative effect in treating sensorineural tinnitus due to loss of kidney essence type and can improve the severity of tinnitus,reduce the degree of tinnitus disability and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Yishen Tiaodu Acu-therapy can improve the kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with sensorineural tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence.3.The compliance and safety of the two treatments were all better.
