Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina(Qi Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis)Clinical Observation

Objective:Observation of Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction in treating coronary heart disease with stable angina(Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis)the clinical efficacy and safety.Method:The observational case was from the cardiovascular outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine(March 2016-December 2016).This test will be consistent with the Canadian Cardiovascular Society classification for the ? and ? level of coronary heart disease with stable angina of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis in 60 patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 30 cases.Two groups of patients were given the basic treatment of Western medicine,the experimental group was given Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction,treatment for 4 weeks.Observe and record the scores of TCM syndrome,two groups of patients before and after treatment of angina pectoris integral and withdrawal rate of nitroglycerin,ECG changes and the Seattle angina questionnaire score,blood and urine routine,liver function,renal function and other indicators,statistical analysis using SPSS20.0 software for data processing.Result:1.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 40.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).2.The total curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 46.67%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).3.Symptom score of angina pectoris:Within the groups,the test group after treatment of angina symptom score than before treatment significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(#p<0.01);the control group after treatment of angina symptom score than before treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(?p<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(*p<0.05).4.TCM syndrome integral:Within the groups,the test group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(#p<0.01);the control group after treatment of TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that before treatment,there were significant differences between the two(? p<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(*p<0.05).5.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the P values of the two groups were p<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.6.ECG effect:The total effective rate of the test group was 50.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 43.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).7.Nitroglycerin stop ratio:The two groups after treatment,the experimental group of nitroglycerin stop reduction rate was 80.00%,the control group nitroglycerin stop reduction rate was 57.14%,the comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(p=0.042<0.05).8.Seattle angina score:Within the groups,the score after treatment was higher than that before treatment,#p<0.05,the difference has statistical significance;comparison between groups after treatment,the physical limitation,angina,stable angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction,?p<0.05,the difference has statistical significance;the awareness of disease,the compared with*p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.9.Security:The experimental group and the control group did not appear adverse reactions and blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function(AST,ALT,Cr,BUN)indicators of abnormal.Conclusion:1.Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction can improve coronary heart disease with stable angina(Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis)in patients with angina pectoris.2.Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction can improve coronary heart disease with stable angina(Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis)in patients with TCM syndrome.3.Qi Shen Tong Guan Decoction can improve coronary heart disease with stable angina(Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis)the quality of life of patients.
