Anti-inflammatory Activity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Radix Scutellariae And Its Main Components

In this paper,through the animal experiment,cell experiment and computer simulation of ingredients baicalin,radix scutellariae,radix scutellariae and its major anti-inflammatory effect.First through the mouse foot swelling experiment shows that the traditional Chinese medicine radix scutellariae has better anti-inflammatory effect,can effectively inhibit the foot swelling of mice;In vitro anti-inflammatory experiments show that the cell level RAW264.7 cell model is more stable than that of NIH3T3 cell model,parallel effect is better.RAW264.7 cells as model,PGE2 and the NO level and anti-inflammatory effect of extracts from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in traditional Chinese medicine extract concentration of 1 mg/ml,the traditional Chinese medicine radix scutellariae has better anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effects and animal experiment data is consistent;Cellular level in vitro anti-inflammatory experiments show that the concentration of PGE2 NIH3T3 cell testing calculate anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effect of main components in radix scutellariae best for radix scutellariae,when its concentration ?0.5 mg/ml,its anti-inflammatory effect is higher than the positive drug yesterday cloth had anti-inflammatory effect;Baicalin in the concentration of 2 mg/ml with positive drug,the anti-inflammatory effect of Chinese medicine extract and animal experiment and a cellular level anti-inflammatory experiments.Anti-inflammatory drugs is obtained by using the concentration of RAW264.7 cells detect NO effect,and NIH3T3 cell detection data.After stimulation,extracts from scutellaria baicalensis georgi,according to the results of Western blotting P65 expressed in the cytoplasm decreased significantly,and P65 phosphorylation level has been reduced,shows that the extracts have good anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effects and animal and cell experiment data.
