Objective:investigate the continuing role of the cycle of the influence of radix scutellariae for the rats endometrial TF and PAI-1with no ovulation type dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and in order to investigate the hemostatic mechanism of radix scutellariae to endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial stability and persistent bleeding related indicator research and local micro environment of no ovulation type dysfunctional uterine bleeding acted by single estrogen, and the TF, PAI1is one of the relevant index.Method:Divide56rats into2groups; the blank group including20is filled by saline, while the estrogen intervention group including36is filled by bujiale in3weeks continually, the continuing role of the cycle. Then kill4rats in each group weekly, and take bilateral uterine (with4%polyphosphate formaldehyde liquid fixed),keeping at low temperature. At the forth week, divide the estrogen intervention group into the negative control group, the positive control group and the drug control group, which of only8rats per group. Feed the negative control group by saline, feed the positive control group by estrogen and feed the drug control group by the liquid of radix scutellariae. Kill4rats in each group weekly, and take bilateral uterine (with4%polyphosphate formaldehyde liquid fixed),keeping at low temperature (the calculation of the dosage in accordance with the normal human body surface area in each group). Observe the endometrial morphological changes in each group’s rat weekly by light mirror. Detect the condition of expression in the rat endometrial TF and PAI-1through the immunohistochemical methods.Result:The experimental results show that comparing with the blank group, the endometrial glands and interstitial increase in each group weekly at the first3weeks, while the expression level of endometrial TF and PAI-1increase mildly (P<0.05); comparing with the blank group and negative control group, the endometrial glands and interstitial of the positive and drug control group atrophy in the forth and fifth week, while the expression level of endometrial TF and PAI-1decrease obviously (P<0.05)Conclusion:Adolescence rats acted by single estrogen of the continuing role of the cycle appeared retreat hemorrhages, by the action of the only herb radix scutellariae, the increase of TF at the rats endometrial tissues can activate TF,making thrombosis and strengthening the activity to hemostatic; the increase of PAI-lat the rats endometrial tissues can restrain fibrinolysis syetem to hemostatic. That’s maybe one of the mechanisms for radix scutellariae to treat the no ovulation type dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
