The incidence of threatened abortion is about 25% in pregnant women[1],especially in the early pregnancy. The following is the clinical manifestations of threatened abortion:Firstly,it was found a small amount of bleeding through the vaginal. The blood was dark red or hemorrhagic leucorrhea, but the embryo is still in the uterus, then the pregnant women will feel paroxysmal abdominal pain or back pain before 12 weeks of pregnancy. The cervix is closed and the membranes is complete through the examination of department of gynaecology, the size of the uterus is in conformity with the gestational weeks. After the rest and the treatment, the symptoms of above is disappeared, the pregnant women can continue to pregnancy. If the amount of vaginal bleeding is increased or the abdominal pain is intensified, the threatened abortion can be developed into the inevitable abortion; The incidence of developed into inevitable abortion is about 15%[2].With the development of the society, the pressures of living and psychological are increasing and the genetic variation is caused by the environment pollution, the incidence of threatened abortion is improving year by year.It damages to the physical and mental health of women, and may cause a series of family problems and social problems, which is not conducive to family and social harmony. The pathogenesis of threatened abortion is very complex. The previously research has found that the reasons could result in the threatened abortion, such as chromosomal abnormalities, autoimmune disease, congenital uterine malformation, uterine ashennan, uterine myoma, luteal phase defect, hypothyroidism, and so on.But the reasons of half of the threatened abortion is still unknown[2].With the interdisciplinary cross development in modern medicine, there are new understanding of the pathogenesis of threatened abortion constantly. The recent research has found that early embryonic development depends on the uterine blood perfusion during pregnancy. If the blood perfusion of the uterus is insufficient,it may cause abortion, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and other adverse pregnancy outcomes[3].In recent years, the reseach of the uterine spiral artery blood flow become a hot spot in habitual abortion and the complications of pregnancy middle-late,such as hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, oligohydramnios, fetal growth restriction and so on.However, there is no systematic study on the parameters of uterine spiral arterial flow and early pregnancy outcomes in patients with early threatened abortion.ObjectiveMonitoring the uterine spiral artery blood flow parameter values of the early threatened abortion patients by color doppler ultrasound, and provide diagnostic value for the prognosis of patients with threatened abortion.MethodsA total of 151 pregnant women with threatened abortion were selected as the study group(group A)and 74 cases of normal early pregnant women were selected as the control group(group B)from July 2015 to July 2016 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou university. The uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters were measured by abdominal or abdominal color Doppler ultrasound. The measurement index include: the peak systolic velocity(S),end-diastolic velocity(D),the peak systolic velocity/end-diastolic velocity(S/D),pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI).All of these pregnant women were followed to 16 weeks pregnant. The pregnant women who continue to pregnancies as successful as group A2(68 cases),otherwise patients classified as group A1(83 cases). There were 74 pregnant women in group B.Comparing the parameters of diagnostic value of each group. All the data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Quantitative datas were presented in the form of (?)ąs.The two groups were analyzed by independent t test or correction t test. When P <0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Results(1)The threatened abortion group(group A)compared with thenormal intrauterine pregnancy group(group B):the end-diastolic velocity(D)of group A was lower than group B;the velocity/end-diastolic velocity(S/D),the pulse index(PI)and the resistance index(RI)were higher than group B,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the peak systolic velocity(S)(P>0.05).(2)Compared with group A2 and group B,group A1 had lower uterine spiral artery the end-diastolic velocity(D);the peak systolic velocity/end-diastolic velocity(S/D),the pulse index(PI),and the resistance index(RI)of group A1 were higher than those of group A2 and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the peak systolic Velocity(S)(P>0.05).(3)Compared with group B,the pulse index(PI)and the resistance index(RI)of uterine spiral arteries in group A2 were significantly higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no statistically significant difference between the peak systolic velocity(S),the end-diastolic velocity(D)and the peak systolic velocity/end-diastolic velocity(S/D)(P>0.05).ConclusionThe uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters have correlation with pregnancy outcome in early pregnancy. We can guide the prevent miscarriage through detecting the uterinespiral artery blood flow in patients with early threatened abortion, which is beneficial to develop symptomatic spuc schemes.angiogenesis.
