Yao Bi Ning Cream Combined Ji Tong Xiao Capsule In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type Lumbar DISC Herniation Clinical Observation

Objective:By the basic theory and clinical research of Chinese Medicine,objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yao bi ning cream combined with Ji tong xiao capsule in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis,with tong luo gu zhi ning cream combined ji tong xiao capsule,through VAS and JOA scores were compared before and after treatment,analysis of clinical curative effect,clinical guidance for qi and blood stasis type treatment method of lumbar disc herniation.Method:The study of all patients were from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital outpatient department,treated for between January 2016 and January 2016,treatment before the diagnosis of lumbar disc disease of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,I included in the standard of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,the treatment group uses the yao bi ning cream combined ji tong xiao capsule treatment,the control group by using tong luo gu zhi ning cream combined ji tong xiao capsule treatment,four weeks is a period of treatment,using VAS and JOA score were assessed before and after treatment.Data makes for statistical analysis.Result:1.Two groups of patients before treatment VAS JOA score were statistically analyzed,p>0.05,there are no statistical significance,two groups of data are comparable.2.Two groups of patients after treatment,respectively,the VAS and JOA score compare within the group,p<0.05.There are statistically significant.Two groups of patients after treatment were effective.3.After 2weeks,4weeks after treatment,respectively,the two sets of data compared between groups,it is concluded that p<0.05.There are statistically significant.The treatment group on the treatment effect is better than the control group.4.Four weeks after treatment,the number of excellence in treatment group is 7,the effective and invalid number is 22 and 1,the total effective rate is 96.67%.The number of excellence in control group is 1,the effective and invalid number is 25 and 4,the total effective rate is 86.67%.We can analysis that p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The diagnosis and treatment yao bi ning cream compared with tong luo gu zhi ning cream,can effectively ease the qi and blood stasis type of symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,curative effect is obvious.2.The diagnosis and treatment yao bi ning cream in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type lumbar disc protrusion total effective rate was significantly higher than tong luo gu zhi ning cream.3.The diagnosis and treatment yao bi ning cream with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and analgesic effect of strengthen bone,simple and convenient,small side effects,treatment effect is remarkable,accepted by the patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
