Purpose: Through the investigation of clinical cases, the incidence of anxiety and depression in elderly hypertensive patients, the influence of related factors, and the correlation with TCM constitution were analyzed. Methods: To collect data on the general conditions of elderly hypertensive patients,SDS,SAS,and TCM physique scores in the form of home surveys, and use Excel spreadsheets to summarize data.SPSS21.0 software was used for analysis of variance and Logistic regression analysis.Perform data processing. Results: 1.The prevalence of anxiety in elderly patients with hypertension was 57.24%,and the incidence of depression was 22.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group and the domestic norm.2.Elderly hypertensive patients with gentle personality, peaceful family, family harmony, social sharing, good sleep, hypertension less than 10 years, low hypertension classification, risk stratification as low risk or moderate risk,no diabetes and/or coronary heart disease The SAS self-assessment was lower than those with irritability, family disharmony, poor sleep, duration of more than 10 years, high blood pressure grading, high risk stratification, coronary heart disease and(or)diabetes. The SDS self-rated scores in patients with BMI﹤24,family and palpitations, extensive social relationships, good sleep, low risk stratification,non-associated diabetes,and/or coronary heart disease were lower than the BMI≧24,family disharmony, poor sleep,Risk stratification is high risk or very high risk, with coronary heart disease and(or)diabetes.3.Personality,duration of illness, hypertension risk stratification, and whether coronary heart disease and/or diabetes mellitus were associated with statistically significant predictors of anxiety, and duration of illness, hypertension risk stratification, and whether coronary heart disease and(or)diabetes were associated with predictive outcomes Depression was statistically significant.4.The elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety had the most qi stagnation in the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, accounting for 28.92%,followed by yin deficiency, accounting for 18.07%;the incidence of peaceful constitution in the elderlyhypertension group was significantly lower than that in the control group;in 8 kinds of biased constitution In comparison with the control group, the diarrhea level in the elderly hypertensive group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The yin deficiency and qi deficiency,qi stagnation and qi stagnation were statistically significant compared with the control group.5.The elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety had the most qi stagnation, accounting for 28.92%,followed by yin deficiency, accounting for 18.07%.6.Among the elderly hypertensive patients with depressive depression, the most common qi stagnation in Chinese medicine was constitution, accounting for 47.06%,followed by yang deficiency, accounting for 20.59%.7.Among the patients with combined anxiety, the 4 highest TCM constitution types were: qi stagnation(84.00%),yin deficiency(68.18%),damp-heat(58.33%),and qi deficiency(54.17%),while the patients with calm masculinity, yang deficiency, and special tannins had the lowest incidence of combined anxiety, which accounted for 20.00%,30.00%,and 33.33%,respectively.The incidence of depression in patients with qi and yang deficiency was the highest.Accounted for 68.00% and 60.00%,while the patients with calm, qualitative, wet, hot and yin deficiency had the lowest incidence of depression, accounting for 0%,0%,7.69%,8.33%,and 9.09%,respectively.Conclusion: 1.Compared with the control group, elderly hypertensive patients are more prone to anxiety and depression.2.Impatient and irritability is a risk factor for concurrent anxiety in hypertensive patients;hypertension is more than 10 years old,high-risk or very high-risk of blood pressure, coronary heart disease,and/or diabetes are common risk factors for anxiety and depression in elderly hypertensive patients3.The proportion of moderate physical constitution in elderly hypertensive patients was significantly higher than that of normal people.Among them, people with dysentery, yin deficiency,qi deficiency and qi stamina were more prone to hypertension.4.The TCM constitution types with the highest levels of anxiety in elderly hypertensive patients are qi-stagnation,yin-deficiency and qi-deficiency.The TCM constitution types with the highest incidence of depression are qi-stagnation and yang-deficiencies.
