Clinical Study About The Antai Mixture With The Progestational Hormone’s Treatment On Recurrent Abortion And The Effects On Early Pregnancy Inhibin–A

Objective:According to the experienced prescription“Antai Mixture” from the famous Chinese medical doctor---Xiuzhen Yi,and based on the Basic Theories of Chinese Medicine and academic thought of Master Xiuzhen Yi,with the help of progestational hormone,we try to cure the patients of recurrent pregnancy after pregnancy early pregnancy discriminate with spleen and kidney deficiency clip hot type patients.and observe the after-treatment situation of the clinical symptoms of the patients,and at the same time pay attention to the effects on relative reproductive hormone and Inhibin A.We aim to evaluate the healing efficacy of the Antai Mistura,and try to provide more scientific,effective ways about this disease symptom.Method: The 60 cases were included in the standard,and were randomly divided into three groups: the control group and the western medicine control group.?Observation group:Based on the oral Dydrogesterone 10 mg Bid,and oral administration of Antai Mistura;?Control group: oral Dydrogesterone Tablets 10 mg Bid;All patients met the inclusion criteria from B ultrasound confirmed intrauterine pregnancy,began taking medicine Observation of treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment,but while pregnant 12 weeks after 3 weeks of treatment.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in two groups,and the score of TCM syndrome score;Recorded before and after treatment,β-HCG and P)E2,Inhibin-A variable.At the same time,the focus of this study was to observe the changes of Inhibin-A in early pregnancy,and then add the normal pregnancy group(according to the observation group of patients with gestational weeks to collect 30 cases of normal pregnant women with gestational weeks Inhibin-A).Result:(1)The comprehensive curative effect : Total effective rate of the observation group is83.33%(8 recoveries,11 obvious effectual,6 effectual,5 invalid).Total effective rate of the control group is 63.33%(3 recoveries,8 obvious effectual,8 effectual,11 invalid).it has a statistical significance.((p=0.023<0.05,Z=-2.276)),(2)The healing efficacy situation : Total effective rate of the observation group is 86.67%(9recoveries,10 obvious effectual,7 effectual,4 invalid).Total effective rate of the control group is 66.67%(4 recoveries,4 obvious effectual,10 effectual,10 invalid).After the examination,the discrepancy is obvious((p=0.008<0.05,Z=-2.663)),it has a statistical significance.(3)Reproductive hormone level : Levels of two groups of P、β-h CG、E2 from the observation group and the control group are obviously higher than pre-treatment.The discrepancy within the groups is obvious before and after treatment(P<0.01)Comparison between the groups:Treatment after the 1st week,2nd week,3rd week and the treatment till pregnancy for about12 weeks,P 、 β-h CG and E2 level of the observation group has risen,it has statistical significance.(P<0.05).(4)The situation of Inhibin-A: before the treatment,the RSA patients’(observation group and control group)average level of Inhibin-A is lower than normal pregnancy group.The discrepancy has the statistical significance.After the treatment,involved the normal pregnancy group,we can get the conclusion by comparing between each two groups: Two groups of treatment proposals are both effectual on improving the Inhibin-A level.And the observation group did better on improving the Inhibin-A level of patients than the control group did.Conclusion:Antai mixture combined with progesterone,in the treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy again the effect is better than the control group,The levels of serum P、β-h CG、E2 and Inhibin-A in early stage of RSA patients could be improved obviously;And it can obviously improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency clip hot type patients,the total effective rate is up to 83.33%,The curative effect was better than the control group.Analysis of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of recurrent abortion may promote the maintenance of pregnancy related reproductive hormone secretion,regulating endocrine balance in the treatment of this disease has achieved good clinical efficacy.It shows that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the success rate of pregnancy,and lay the foundation for follow-up treatment.
