This master's thesis is composed of four chapters.The researches about the chemical constituents from whole dried material of Kalimeris indica and Flemingia ferruginea are discussed in chapters one and two.The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatographic methods.Their chemical structures were analyzed and identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Fifty compounds were isolated and identified from the above two medicinal plants,of which 1 were new compounds.The structure of the compound involves flavones,chromone,triterpenoids,steroids,phenolic acids and fatty acids.The third and fourth chapters provide a more comprehensive overview of Kalimeris indica and Flemingia Roxb.from the aspects of plant resources,chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical and pharmaceutical applications.Herba kalimeridis is a dry whole plant of Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip.Kalimeris indica although more than a drug,but different regions of different qualities of Kalimeris indica.There is no qualitative and quantitative identification of indicators for Malan except TLC identification in HTCMS.In order to improve the quality standards of Kalimeris indica,for its cold fever,cough,pharyngitis disease and clinical role to lay the material basis.Fifteen compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Kalimeris indica,including four flavonoids and flavonoids,three triterpenes,four phenols,one steroid and three alkanes and fatty acids.Compounds2~4?7 and 11~14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Flemingiae radix is dry roots of Flemingia ferruginea Grah.ex Wall.At present,the research on the Flemingia Rolfe.is mainly concentrated in the Flemingia macrophylla and Flemingia philippinensis,the research on the chemicalcomposition of the Flemingia ferruginea is less,especially the report of the chemical composition.The effective components and mechanisms of action are indistinct.In order to clarify the material basis of Flemingia ferruginea,the study of the role of estrogen in the future and the mechanism of action of the active ingredients are paved and the chemical composition is carried.Thirty-five compounds were isolated from the dried roots of the medicinal materials.Among them,compounds 1 was the new compounds,1?12?15?21~23?27 and 30~33 were isolated from the Flemingia Rolfe.for the first time,1?2?6~7?9?11~13?15~16?20~27 and 29~34 for the first time from the Flemingia ferruginea in the separation of the type of structure related to isoflavones,dihydroflavones,red sandalwood flavonoids,Flavonols,isoflavones,triterpenes and so on.The third and fourth chapters provide a comprehensive overview of Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip and Flemingia Rolfe.from the aspects of plant resources,chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical and pharmaceutical applications in order to provide a reference for further research and development.
