Objective:Evaluate the clinical curative effect of the clinical research of treating opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation by Maimendong and Zengyechengqi Decoction which is based on “treating lung and large intestine simultaneously”.To explore the diagnosis and treatment of opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation,provides new ideas and new methods for treating opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation by TCM.MethodsAdopt the method of clinical studies to randomized controlled method for clinical research,diagnostic criteria,set up the sample inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and standard clinical trials.Observation 63 inpatient and outpatient cases in Yunnan provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly assigned to 31 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.The treatment group: Maimendong and Zengyechengqi Decoction,The control group: Macrogol 4000 powder.Record the scores of constipation,TCM Syndrome and KPS before and after treatment.Results: 1.In the improvement the constipation symptom of opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation,there was no statistical difference in the total curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05),the curative of the treatment group and the control group to improve the opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation is basically the same.Comparing the constipation symptoms score before and after treatment in the two groups,P<0.01,there was significant statistical differences.Comparing the constipation4 symptoms score after treatment between the two groups,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.Suggesting that both groups can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation,and the two groups have the same curative effect.2.In the improvement the TCM symptom of opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation,There was significant statistical difference between the two groups in the total curative effect of TCM syndrome(P<0.01),the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome of opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation.Comparing the TCM symptoms score before and after treatment in treatment group,except loss of weight P>0.05,there was no statistical difference,the remaining score of TCM syndrome are P<0.01,there was significant statistical differences,suggesting that except loss of weights,the treatment group can significantly improve vertigo,tinnitus,insomania,tidal fever and night sweating,the sore lumbus and knees,hot sensation in the five centers caused by opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation.However,Comparing the TCM symptoms score before and after treatment in control group,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference,suggesting that the TCM syndrome of the control group have not significant improvement before and after treatment.Comparing the TCM symptoms score after treatment between the two groups,except loss of weights,insomania P>0.05,there was no statistical difference,the remaining items,P<0.05,there was statistical differences,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving vertigo,tinnitus,tidal fever and night sweating,the sore lumbus and knees,hot sensation in the five centers.3.In improving the patient’s cancerous pain(NRS score),comparing the score before and after treatment between two group,there was no statistical differences(P>0.05),there was no significant change in pain control before and after treatment,suggesting that the two groups had no significant effect on the analgesic effect of opioids 4.In improving The quality of life of patients(KPS score),comparing the score before and after treatment in the treatment group,there was statistical differences(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group can effectively improve thepatient KPS score,improve patient quality of life.Comparing the score before and after treatment in the control group,there was no statistical differences,suggesting that the treatment group did not improve the patient KPS score,improve patient quality of life.5.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P> 0.05),suggesting that both groups had good safety.Conclusions: Maimen Dong and Zengyechengqi Decoction can effectively alleviate opioid-induced yin deficiency constipation,and can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM,improve patient quality of life.
