Clinical Study Of Xiaojiyinzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Heat Injury Of Blood Vessels Type Of Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis

Objective: The aim of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of "Xiaojiyinzi Decoction" in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(heat injury of blood vessels type),and further verify the "Xiaojiyinzi Decoction" treatment of heat injury of blood vessels type HSPN effectiveness and safety to verify the side of the role in reducing hematuria,and then objective and scientific evaluation of "Xiaojiyinzi Decoction " in the treatment of heat injury of blood vessels type HSPN treatment of the efficacy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of heat injury of blood vessels type HSPN to provide a certain clinical basis evidence.Methods:1.64 cases of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each 32 cases.2.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were tested to determine the two groups were comparable.3.medication method:1)control group:Conventional treatment of Western medicine:Elimination of pat hogenic factors,prevention and treatment of infection,Avoid potentially allergenic foods and medications;Antihistamines:Promethazine hydrochloride,chlorphena mine and intravenous calcium;Drugs for improving vascular permeability:Vitamin C intravenous injection;To Irbesartan 150 mg,1/d,po.2)test group: in the conventional treatment of Western medicine on the basis of the addition of "small thistle drink drink" treatment.4.Treatment and medication Note: 4 weeks for a course of treatment,observed 8weeks,a total of two courses of treatment,the observation process strictly prohibited the application or with other treatment of heat injury of blood vessels type of drugs.5.To observe the treatment before treatment,the relevant laboratory indicators,to evaluate the safety of medication.Results:1.64 patients,the two groups of patients in the clinical general data no significant difference(P> 0.05).2.After the two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.38%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.014 <0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the test group was96.88%,81.25% higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P =0.015 <0.05).Test group skin purpura,body heat polydipsia symptoms improved,P <0.05,there are significant differences,the remaining symptoms,such as abdominal pain,joint pain,oliguria,edema improved,the test group compared with the control group,P value> 0.05,no significant difference.In addition,the experimental group in improving proteinuria,hematuria,reduce 24 h urinary protein quantification,immunoglobulin Ig A effect is better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:"Xiaojiyinzi Decoction" on the heat injury of blood vessels type of patients wit h Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis patients have a better clinical efficacy in imp roving the overall treatment of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of some pa tients with traditional Chinese medicine and reduce urinary protein,urinary red blo od cells,i-mmune ball Protein A and other laboratory indicators of the effect is si gnificant.
