Objective: To more self HSPN treating toxic heat deposition hindered purpura nephritis clinical research, clinical efficacy and safety, so as to provide more effective clinical treatment. Methods: Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (toxic sludge heat resistance type) 60 children were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group 30 cases, the treatment group were more self treating children with HSPNdrug resistance-type thermal deposition allergic purpura nephritis in children with 30 cases, and only the application of rhino horn to yellow treating 30 cases of the control children and found that the more applications HSPN Treatment group was 92.5%, controlgroup was 70.0%, compared the two groups was significant difference (p <0.05), suggest treating HSPN more toxic heat deposition hindered purpura nephritis, can significantly shorten the hematuria, proteinuria disappeared and thetime, for the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis in children and effective prescription. Plus or minus side, the pure application of the control group with horns to yellow decoction, 10 days for a course of treatment, the general observation of two courses. Results: Treatment of HSPN more total effective rate was 92.5%, and application of rhino horn in decoction group (70% total efficiency) were compared, the difference was significant. And treatment group in improving symptoms and decrease the recurrence in terms of the statistical analysis, significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The more self HSPN treating anaphylactoid purpura nephritis (toxic sludge heat resistance type), can quickly improve symptoms and shorten the course of treatment, get better in clinical treatment.
