Clinical Observation Of Yishexlixuedecoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Immune Infertility

Objective:Yishenlixue Decoction is an effective prescription of Professor Wang Xiuxia in clinical treatment of immune infertility.Through clinical observation the effect of Yishenlixue Decoction on treating infertility of four negative cases,the pregnancy rate and clinical symptoms,we can explore the clinical effect of Yishenlixue Decoction when treating the kidney and blood stasis type of immune infertility(four antibody positive)clinical efficacy,provide the basis for its application.Method:The reserach method is contrasting the situation before and after treatment.75 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of immune infertility patient which meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be given Yishenlixue Decoction 1 dose once a day,with taking warm decoction after lunch and supper.Each course lasted 1 months with a total of 3 courses of one treatment.At the end of each course,testing the serum levels of AsAb,EmAb,AcAb,and AoAb(by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).Those who did not turn negative and who had relapsed after becoming negative should be treated with the next course of treatment.Those who turned negative should be treated for half a month.After a half of a year's follow-up,the pregnancy situations,the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and the clinical improvment were observed.Statistical software SPASS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1?After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of TCM symptoms is 84.00%.Before and after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms and the scores of individual symptoms were compared.After two paired samples and nonparametric tests,the results shows that all P<0.01,which was statistically significant.2?After treatment,the negative conversion ratio of AsAb,AcAb,EmAb and AoAb were examined by X2 test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3?After treatment,the pregnancy rate was 65.33%.4?Statistics result and analysis of the data show that the total effective rate is 90.67%.All of the above results show that Yishen Decoction is effective in the treatment of immune infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Conclusion:1?Yishenlixue Decoction can effectively making the AsAb,EmAb,AcAb,AoAb negative in serum of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type immune infertility patients,improving pregnancy situation.2?Yishenlixue Decoction can effectively improve or eliminate the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with immune infertility,reducing the TCM symptom score.3?Yishenlixue Decoction is one of the effective prescriptions for treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type immunological infertility.
