363 Cases Of Chronic Prostatitis And The Research Of Erectile Dysfunction

Objective:Through through the 363 cases of chronic prostatitis(CP)in patients with TCM syndrome type and the situation of the merger of erectile dysfunction(ED),to explore the chronic prostatitis in TCM syndrome type and related research between erectile dysfunction,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic prostatitis provide clinical guiding significance.Methods:In a February 2017 in October 2015 clinics 363 CP patients,through the international pro static inflammation shape scale(NIH-CPSI);The international prostate symptom score(IPSS);International erectile function to simplify the scale(IIEF-5)and chronic prostatitis syndrome types of TCM scale survey chronic prostatitis patients with NIH-CPSI score,IPSS score,erectile dysfunction,and TCM syndrome types,analysis of TCM syndrome types of chronic prostatitis patients and the correlation between erectile dysfunction.Results:(1)the CP patients overall syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with composite card type,compound type 301 cases,accounting for about 82.92%,and the compound type certificate and bet in hot and humid in merger,qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome in 182 cases,accounting for 50.14%.Single card type 62 cases,accounting for 17.08%.(2),363 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis prostate inflammatory severity(NIH-CPSI score)and the severity of erectile dysfunction(IIEF-5 rating)(P<0.05,with statistical significance.Points of TCM syndrome types,by treating with qi and blood stasis type of chronic prostatitis patients symptom severity score(NIH-CPSI)and erectile dysfunction severity score(IIEF-5)P<0.05,with statistical significance.And the other two card type comparison,P>0.05,no statistical significance.(3),182 cases of treating patients with qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome the combining erectile function disorder had 79 cases;119 patients with other composite card type combined erectile function disorder had 35 cases;62 cases of single syndrome patients with erectile dysfunction in 24 cases.According to the three kinds of different syndrome types and the combined ED by comparison = 5.996,P = 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Three syndrome types in the NIH-CPSI showed a negative correlation between grade and IIEF-5(treating with qi and blood stasis type:r = 0.429,P<0.001,and other composite card type:r = 0.406,P<0.001,single card type:r = 0.458,P<0.001,overall,r = 0.001,P<0.001).IPSS score and IIEF-5 scores showed a negative correlation between(treating with qi and blood stasis type:r = 0.171,P<001,0.other composite card type:r = 0.307,P<0.001,single card type:r = 0.446,P<0.001,overall,r=0.001,P<0.001).Conclusion:This investigation,treating merger is the main of CP patients with qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome of TCM syndrome types.Chronic prostatitis symptom severity score can reflect on the overall score of erectile dysfunction.But in points can not fully reflect three kinds of TCM syndrome types.Correlation analysis,the three kinds of TCM syndrome types have good correlation with erectile dysfunction and maybe ED causative factor,it is possible that its pathogenesis basis.
