Objective:To explore Relationship between the Vascular damage and Transforming growth factor-1 and Vascular endothelial growth factor in Xinjiang Han and Uighurs Patients with essential hypertension.Method : 152 hospital patients with essential hypertension(Han 80,Uighurs 72)in Department of Hypertension of the First Affiliated Hospital were selected from June 2014 to March 2016;using ELISA to detect serum level of TGF-?1 and VEGF of each group and measuring pulse wave conduction velocity(PWV)and ankle arm index(ABI)by limb doppler ultrasound. And analyzing the correlation between intima-media thickness(IMT)and TGF-?1 and VEGF of ethnic groups. Results:The IMT of Uighur patients was thicker than Han patients, which the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The serum of TGF-?1 of Uighur obviously higher than that of Han patients,,which the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The serum of VEGF of Uighur obviously higher than that of Han patients,,which the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);correlation analysis showed that the two ethnics overall and Han patients IMT was correlated with age(r =0.41,P = 0.41),(r = 0.39,P = 0.39),and negatively correlated with ABI;Uighur patients with no obvious correlation with the observation indexes.IMT and TGF-?1 ?VEGF level in serum has no significant correlation. Conclusion:Damage of blood vessel caused by high blood pressure in the Uighur population was more important than Han patients, but had no obvious correlation with the serum TGF-?1 and VEGF. |
