Objective:To explore the correlation analysis between the bone mineral density(T)and the bone mineral densityof the bone of the Uygur women with different ages and metabolic status by exploring the metabolic syndrome(MS).Method:Cross-sectional study,object for the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Urumqi Erdao Qiao a community resident Uighur women.According to age groups.To observe the changes of bone mass in different age groups.According to the diagnostic criteria for Diabetes Society(CDS)in the diagnosis of MS by the Chinese Medical Association,549 female divided into hypertension group(n = 136)and normal blood pressure group in 413 cases of diabetic group of 103 cases and the normal blood glucose group 446,obese or overweight 290 cases in the normal weight group 259 cases,dyslipidemia group 157 cases,and normal blood lipid group 392 cases of MS patients,86 cases and non MS group 463 patients.According to the past history is vast It was divided into 339 cases in the non menopausal group and 182 cases in the postmenopausal group.The factors affecting the bone mass were studied by linear regression analysis.Results:The grouping of T value of bone mass compared to the T value of normal metabolism and metabolic abnormality group group of calcaneal bone mineral density and bone mass reduction of the prevalence rate of hypertension,sugar metabolism,MS group were lower than those of the metabolism of normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);hypertension,glucose metabolism abnormalities,overweight or obesity,MS group decreased bone mass,bone osteoporosis prevalence rate was higher than the metabolism in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);by age group,different groups of the T value is not exactly the same,with the age growth,bone quality,reduce the prevalence rate increased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);according to whether the merger of menopause,menopause groupThe prevalence of osteoporosis was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:MS is a high risk population of osteoporosis,which is a high risk group of osteoporosis,which is a high risk population of osteoporosis.
