Experimental Study On Regulating Blood Lipid By Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule

Objective To establish a rat model of hyperlipidemia,to study the effect of Shanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparation of Huoxue Jiangzhi Capsule on blood lipid and the expression of apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B in aorta,liver and liver.Methods The high fat diet rats hyperlipidemia model rats.After modeling,the model rats were randomly divided into six groups,model group,Simvastatin Tablets group,Xuezhikang group,Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule of high,medium and low dose group,15 rats in each group,plus the blank group 12.Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule of high,medium and low dose group was treated with Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule solution(1.5g/kg,0.75g/kg,0.375g/kg)by gavage,Simvastatin Tablets group,Simvastatin Tablets water solution(0.83mg/kg)by gavage,Xuezhikang group were treated with Xuezhikang Capsule solution(0.15g/kg)by gavage,the control group and model group,according to the volume proportion by distillation.Water gavage.After 8 weeks of intragastric administration,the changes of blood lipid indexes and pathological changes of liver and aorta were observed under light microscope.The changes of apolipoprotein A(APOA)and apolipoprotein B(APOB)were observed by immunohistochemistry.Results Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule of high,medium and low dose group and Xuezhikang group,Simvastatin Tablets group,decreased the serum triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TCHO),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)levels not seen effect of Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule high dose group and positive control group Simvastatin Tablets group and Xuezhikang group compared the lipid regulating effects were similar,no significant difference between the Huoxue Jiangzhi capsules each dose group,high dose group has obvious advantages in reducing the TG,TC,LDL-C,there were statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule there was a dose correlation in lipid,high dose lipid-lowering effect is better.Liver pathology showed that there was only a small number of hepatocytes degeneration in the liver of each administration group.Between the Huoxue Jiangzhi capsules each dose group,low dose group of Huoxuejiangzhi capsule can also see theinflammatory cell infiltration and necrosis of liver cells,while high dose group did not see that effect of Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule in the higher dose of fatty liver is the most obvious improvement.Aortic pathology results,each group can only see the local thickening of the subendothelial layer,endothelial cell swelling and slight injury and high fat model group in the lumen of bubble cells produced a large number of macrophages after phagocytosis of fat cells in contrast,aortic injury prompted groups can improve model rats.Between the Huoxue Jiangzhi capsules each dose group,Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule low dose group can see the local thickening of the subendothelial layer,high dose group did not see that the higher dose of Huoxuejiangzhi capsule in improving the aortic atherosclerosis effect.Immunohistochemistry results showed that Huoxuejiangzhi capsule group and Simvastatin Tablets group,Xuezhikang group can improve the expression of APOA in the liver of rats,the expression has no obvious effect on liver APOB,indicating that the mechanism of Huoxuejiangzhi Capsule on blood lipid regulation and may improve liver APOA expression.Conclusion Huoxue Jiangzhi capsule can effectively improve the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia rats,and effectively treat the fatty liver and aorta atherosclerosis,and enhance the expression of apolipoprotein A.
