Clinical Observation And Mechanism Disscussion Of Huangqi Guizhi Wumwu And Danggui Huoxue Formu LA Treatsdiabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:Observation of huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup in influence of 25-(OH)D3,SOD,T-AOC and clinical efficacy with DPN patients,through oxidation stress index to explore huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup decoction of the possible mechanism of treating DPN,objective to evaluate to the practicality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating DPN,as the study of traditional Chinese medicine provides reference to the development and treatment of the prevention of DPN.Methods: Using randomized controlled method,selected in line with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion ciriteria of 60 patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy basis for hr hypoglycemic,conventional diabetes diet and exercise intrevenion,is divided into:the control 30 cases,give oral a cobalt amine piece of 0.5 mg/time,3 times a day;treatment group 30 cases,huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup dialectical flavored(200ml,hospital Fried),treatment for two months.The two groups before and after treatment of 25-(OH)D3,SOD,TAOC,nerve conduction velocity,laboratory indexes and TCM symptom score,the data statistical analysis,summarizes the comprehensive curative effect.Results(1)two groups after treatment SOD,25-(OH)D3,T-AOC level were significantly increased(P<0.01);In the two groups treatment group after treatment SOD,25(OH)D3,T-AOC level are rising,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P< 0.05);(2)the two groups after treatment of median nerve,phil total nerve,tibial nerve and MNCV,SNCV also had an improved before the treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group of median nerve,phil total nerve,tibial nerve MNCV,SNCV improvement were better than control group(P< 0.05);(3)two groups of Toronto score decreased after treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group of Toronto score lower than the control group(P<0.05);(4)the FPG,2HPG the two groups after treatment were compared with the previous lower(P<0.01);The treatment group reduced significantly in the treatment group(P<0.01);Hb Alc are the two groups after treatment compared with the previous lower(P<0.01),two groups of Hb Alc after treatment cpmpared,not seen obviously decreased(P>0.05);(5)decrease in TG,TC,the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01),the two groups after treatment of declining LDL-C,HDL-C rising is not obvious(P> 0.05);(6)the clinical curative effect comparison: treatment group total effectiveness 86.7%,control group total effectiveness 70.0%,treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);(7)safety analysis: the treatment group adverse reaction,less security is relatively high.Conclusion: huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction soup decoction of the clinical efficacy for treatment of patient with DPN is bttter than that of cobalt amine,can improve the patients with DPN antioxidant capacity,improve glucolipid metabotic disorders,the intervention mechanism of DPN is through stable blood sugar blood lipds in patients with overall adjustment,improve the body's level of oxidative stress and TCM symptom,through security index obserbation,the safty and effectively soup,can be used for clinical prevention and treatment of DPN.
