Curative Effect Evaluation Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction And Angelica Huoxue Soup On Type2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy And Its Effect On Oxidative Stress Index

Objective:(1)Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of DPN in patients with type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy treated by huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup;(2)To observe the effect of huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup on serum oxidative stress indexes Serum ferritsn,Gamma-glutamyl transferase and antioxidant stress Superoxide dismutase levels in patients with DPN;(3)Medical prescriptions provide theoretical basis for the treatment of DPN and provide effective data for the treatment of DPN by Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty patients with DPN with qi deficiency,blood deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were included in this study.They were divided into control group and treatment group.Each group was given conventional treatment(basic hypoglycemic,conventional diabetes diet and exercise intervention),and the control group:Conventional treatment + mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg/time,3 times/day,treatment group: conventional treatment + mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg/time,+ huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup(200ml,hospital decoction),four weeks as a course of treatment,observation Two courses(ie,8 weeks of observation).Observe the changes of safety,efficacy,oxidative stress,blood glucose,lipids,and biochemical indexes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Analyze the safety through safety indicators and perform statistical analysis on the data obtained.Results:(1)Safety analysis: The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was low(P<0.05)and safety was high;(2)Clinical efficacy comparison: The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.7%,which was better than the total effective rate of the control group 66.7%(P<0.05);(3)Compared with before treatment,the Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Scores of both groups decreased(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was greater(P<0.01);(4)Compared with before treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity in the median nerve and the common peroneal nerve of the two groups were increased(P<0.01),and the differences in the median nerve and the common peroneal nerve(MNCV,SNCV)before and after treatment were obtained.In comparison,the difference in the treatment group is greater(P<0.01);(5)Compared with before treatment,GGT and SF levels in both groups decreased(P<0.01)and SOD increased(P<0.01).The difference between GGT,SF,and SOD before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Greater(P<0.01);(6)Compared with pre-treatment,fast plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)decreased in both groups(P<0.01);FPG and 2h PG before and after treatment in both groups were obtained.The difference was greater in the treatment group(P<0.01);there was no significant decrease in Glycosylated Hemoglobin(HBA1c)between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum lipids TG,TC,and LDL-C decreased in the two groups(P<0.01),and the differences in the TG,TC and LDL-C levels were greater between the two groups before and after treatment.(P<0.01);There was no significant increase in HDL-C in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with DPN.Compared with the use of western medicine mecobalamin alone,the clinical efficacy is more significant.huangqi guizhi wuwu decoction and angelica huoxue soup can reduce oxidative stress index and TCM symptom scores,participate in metabolism of glucose and lipids,regulate blood glucose and blood lipids in DPN patients,and have fewer clinical adverse events,high safety,and can be widely used in clinic.
