Cervical cancer is the second most common malignancy in women, the incidence rate is second only to breast cancer, and there is a tendency to younger.Lymph node metastasis is an independent risk factor for assessing the prognosis of cervical cancer and an important reference for guiding postoperative adjuvant therapy.Sentinel lymph node detection as a screening means of lymph node metastasis, widely used in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment,in recent years was tested in cervical cancer, because of the radical hysterectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection(RHPLND)is early cervical invasive carcinoma Commonly used surgery, and the data show that early cervical cancer lymph node metastasis rate is not high, most of the early cervical cancer patients were implemented unnecessary systemic lymph node dissection, and some patients to bear the related complications.Sentinel lymph node micrometastasis refers to the small metastases and spread tumor cells that routine pathological methods can not detected in the sentinel lymph node, the current significance in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer has not yet fully elucidated. As a diagnosis technology of lymph node metastasis state,Can improve the accuracy of sentinel lymph node detection in cervical cancer,It is aimed at accurately assessing the state of lymph node metastasis in patients with early cervical cancer and accurately guiding the individualized treatment of early cervical cancer. However, the detection methods and significance of micrometastasis have not been confirmed by a large number of data.In this paper, based on the retrieval of the relevant literature of the database,on the early cervical cancer sentinel lymph node micrometastasis detection methods and clinical significance of the latest progress to be reviewed.
