Objective: To investigate the correlation between miR-106a and miR-199 from the patients with bone metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma; as well as to analyze the correlation between miR-106a and miR-199 in bone metastasis and clinical prognosis.The diagnosis and prognosis of lung metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma indicates the essential value of biomarkers.Method: In this research, this group collected from January 2013 to January 2016 in Yunnan Province Cancer Hospital confirmed by pathological diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients, including 48 cases of bone metastasis lung adenocarcinoma non-bone metastasis in 32 patients; were collected patients tumor tissue and preoperative peripheral serum.The quantatitive data from the 48 patients were collected from tumor tissue and preoperative peripheral serum. The expression of miR-106a and miR-199 in fresh tissue samples and peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR. The correlation between miR-106a and miR-199 expression and lung adenocarcinoma bone metastasis was analyzed.Results :The expression levels of miR-106a and miR-199 in serum and tissues of patients with bone metastases and non-bone metastasis were detected by RT-PCR.Compared with the non-bone metastasis group, the expression levels of miR-106a and miR-199 in the serum of bone metastases group were significantly higher than those of the non-bone metastasis group (p <0.05); and the miR-106a and miR-199 expression was also significantly increased; the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05). The expression levels of miR-106a and miR-199 in serum were consistent with those of miR-106a and miR-199 in tissue. The results of clinical follow-up showed that miR-106a and miR-199 had high diagnostic value for the bone metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: miR-106a and miR-199 play important roles in the process of bone metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma. Furthermore, there is a correlation between miR-106a and miR-199 expression in serum,which implies that miR-106a and miR-199 may become the indicators of lung gland cancer patients with bone metastasis. The correlation would benefit the prevention and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma bone metastases via providing a theoretical basis.
