Objective:To investigate the correlation miR-18b from the patients with bone metastases of lung adenocarcinoma;as well as to analyze the correlation miR-18b in bone metastasis and clinical prognosis.The diagnosis and prognosis of lung metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma indicates the essential value of biomarkers.Methodology:In this research,a total of 80 patients with lung adenocarcinomadiagnosed by pathology in Yunnan Cancer Hospital(The Third Affiliated Hospital Of Kunming Medical University)from January 2015 to January 2019,the relevant quantatitive data from 40 patients with bone metastases of lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathologic diagnosiswere collected from 40 cases of bone metastases in lung adenocarcinoma.The quantatitive data from the 40 patients were collected from tumor tissue and Preoperative peripheral serum.The expression of miR-18b in fresh tissue samples and peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR.SPSS25.0 statistical software(P<0.05 indicated statistical significance)was used to analyze the correlation between the expression level or miR-18b and bone metastases of lung adenocarcinoma.Results:The expression levels of miR-18b in serum and tissues of patients with bone metastases and non-bone metastases were detected by RT-PCR.Compared with the non-bone metastasis group,the expression levels of miR-18b in the serum of bone metastases group were significantly higher than those of the non-bone metastasis group(P<0.05);and the miR-18b expression was also significantly increased;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-18b in serum were consistent with those of miR-18b.The results of clinical follow-up showed that miR-18b had high diagnostic value for the bone metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:miR-18b may be a predictor of bone metastasis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma,the correlation would benefit the prevention and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma bone metastases via providing a theoretical basis.
