The testing and verification of dynamic process system simulation software is an indispensable link in the simulation modeling and development process,to ensure the credibility of the simulation software.In this paper,a test is made to verify the simulation system of traditional Chinese medicine extraction process which includes different unit equipments and process.The study of verification,Validation and Accreditation(VV&A)will determine the test ideas for the simulation software to determine the specific test methods under different test links to complete the test case collection.The determination of the test method is difficult for this article,It is important to choose different test levels and test methods for different equipments and chemical process.In this thesis,We take the extraction of different Chinese medicine equipment and traditional Chinese medicine extraction process as an example to study.In order to complete the collection of test cases,according to the research of VV&A method,the mathematical model of simulation verification is determined,and the idea of multi-layer stepwise verification is put forward.The first step,Qualitative verification of chemical simulation model,through the qualitative verification test to determine the correctness of the simulation system software modeling;The second step,in the steady state process,quantitative verification of chemical simulation software;In the third step,the correctness and credibility of the simulation model are quantitatively verified by the maximum value,the minimum value,the slope and the inflection point.In the process of dynamic chemical process,there may be many factors such as main and deputy reactions,gas-liquid balance,etc.In the case of multi-factor and multi-level,the adaptive ability of simulation software is verified and verified.The fifth step,in the actual production will inevitably occur equipment failure,verify the simulation software in the equipment failure on the production process.Through the research of the subject,The method of modeling and simulation of evaporator,distillation column and traditional Chinese medicine extraction process is completed.At the same time to determine the different verification steps and process requirements under the test verification method,Determine the different unit equipment and process mathematical model,and through the physical calculation,Complete the collection of test cases for tanks,evaporators,distillation columns,absorption equipment,reactors and research on test cases of simulation system for different section of Chinese medicine extraction.
