The Research Of Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System In The Treatment Of Early Cervical Cancer

In recent years,with the popularization of cervical cytology screening methods,the incidence of cervical cancer has decreased significantly,and that early detection and early treatment are helpful to timely diagnosing and treating of early cervical cancer.The surgical treatment of early cervical cancer includes extensive hysterectomy,extensive hysterectomy,extensive pelvic autonomic nerve preservation,and extensive resection of the uterine cervix.And the operation mode is becoming more and more minimally invasive.In recent years,the Da Vinci robotic surgical system has gradually become the best choice for patients.The advantage of the Da Vinci robotic surgical system is that it has a high resolution 3D vision,a highly flexible surgical arm and a high degree of accuracy curve for the removal of vibration by the computer and a shorter learning.This article reviews the different surgical methods of early cervical cancer,To explore the early evolution of radical resection of Da Vinci's robot,radical hysterectomy,extensive hysterectomy with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation,and extensive hysterectomy,and the practical application and clinical effect of Da Vinci operation system in early cervical cancer.However,the long-term efficacy needs to be confirmed by multicenter clinical and large sample trial data.
