Pathomorphological And Clinical Epidemiological Research On The Relationship Between The Mucosa Dysplasia And Colorectal Cancer

Background and objectiveIn clinical work,we found that three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures(colorectal duplication,mucosa dystopy and mucosa internal loculation)is common in colorectal cancer cases.Long-term follow-up study on three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures has not been reported.The prognosis of patients with three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures is poor.In addition,three kinds of mucosa dysplasia structure was found in some special cases.The following is the main purpose of this study:To explore the incidence of three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures in colorectal cancer and non-colorectal cancer,the correlation between three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures and colorectal cancer,the correlation between three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures and clinical pathological parameters and survival in patients with colorectal cancer,special cases which could further illustrate the relationship between three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures and colorectal cancer.Methods1.Special cases of three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures were collected and pathological pictures were respectively showed.2.Pathological section of patients with colon lesions were observed and the occurrence of three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures was recorded.3.Clinical pathological data of patients with colon lesions were collected,colorectal cancer occurrence in patients with three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures were then respectively analyzed.4.Clinical and pathological parameters and survival in patients with colorectal cancer was collected and the correlation between three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures and clinical pathological parameters and survival were then respectively analyzed.Results1.Special cases of three kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures(mucosa dysplastic structures adjacent to carcinoma,atypical mucosa dysplastic structure)further illustrate mucosa dysplastic structure closely associated with colorectal cancer.2.Colorectal cancer group incidence of colorectal duplication is higher than non-colorectal cancer group incidence of colorectal duplication.Colorectal cancer group incidence of mucosa dystopy is higher than non-colorectal cancer group incidence of mucosa dystopy.Colorectal cancer group incidence of mucosa internal loculation is higher than non-colorectal cancer group incidence of mucosa internal loculation.3.There are significant differences in the incidence of colorectal duplication between exposure group and non exposed group.The colorectal cancer danger of patients with colorectal duplication is 4.218 times as much as those without colorectal duplication.There are significant differences in the incidence of mucosa dystopy between exposure group and non exposed group.The colorectal cancer danger of patients with mucosa dystopy is 3.421 times as much as those without mucosa dystopy.There are significant differences in the incidence of mucosa internal loculation between exposure group and non exposed group.The colorectal cancer danger of patients with mucosa internal loculation is 3.234 times as much as those without mucosa internal loculation.4.The existence of colorectal duplication was not associated with the colorectal cancer patients' gender,age,tumor size,tumor location,the degree of tumor differentiation,the depth of tumor infiltration,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and pathology staging.Colorectal duplication is independent-prognosis factor with the survival of patients with colorectal cancer.The existence of mucosa dystopy was associated with the degree of tumor differentiation and the depth of tumor infiltration,not associated with the colorectal cancer patients' gender,age,tumor size,tumor location,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and pathology staging.Mucosa dystopy is independent-prognosis factor with the survival of patients with colorectal cancer.The existence of mucosa internal loculation was not associated with the colorectal cancer patients' gender,age,tumor size,tumor location,the degree of tumor differentiation,the depth of tumor infiltration,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and pathology staging.Mucosa internal loculation is not independent-prognosis factor with the survival of patients with colorectal cancer.ConclusionThree kinds of mucosa dysplastic structures(colorectal duplication,mucosa dystopy and mucosa internal loculation)might be precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer.
