| In September 8,2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "guiding opinions on promoting the construction of clinics grading system",to accelerate the deployment of classification treatment system construction,encourage and promote the development of private hospitals,to form a scientific and orderly pattern of medical treatment,improve people’s health level,to further protect and improve people’s livelihood.At present,private hospitals are facing growing problems how sustainable in the increasingly fierce competition in the medical market,and the development strategy of private hospital is the key to the healthy and sustainable development of hospital.Therefore,based on the development strategy of Yushan Humanity hospital for a thorough analysis,and find the development strategy of reasonable optimization measures,provide theoretical guidance and suggestions to optimize the development strategy of private hospital.In this paper,the Yushan Humanity Hospital as a case study,as a complete enterprise,the use of enterprise development strategy to carry out analysis and research.By analyzing and studying the present situation of domestic and foreign private hospitals,using the SWOT analysis method,inductive deductive method based on the theory of public goods and the theory of competitive strategy to make a comprehensive analysis of hospital internal system and external environment,business research and diagnostic development strategy development strategy and investment,and a comprehensive evaluation of the existing hospital implementation of the strategy effect and compare the diagnosis results to the re orientation of hospital development strategy and Optimization Based on security measures,so as to optimize the hospital development strategy,can let charity hospital talent shows itself in the fierce competition in the medical market,but also to establish a benchmark for the reform and optimize the development strategy of the private medical institutions. |
