BackgroundBreast cancer is the most common cancer among women.Definite diagnosis has an very important impact of breast cancer quality of life and survival,so there is an urgent need for accurate diagnostic index.The most commonly used markers for Breast cancer are cancer antigen 153(CA153),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and Carbohydrate antigen125(CA1 25).However,the sensitivity and specificity of them are relatively low.Although they have certain shortcomings,they have particularly valuable for monitoring curative effect in patients who have malignant tumor that can not be replaced by radiology.With rapidness,and noninvasiveness simpleness,tumor markers are playing an more and more important role in breast malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment.Accordingly,how to use molecular biology technology improve the diagnostic rate of breast cancer by such Tumor markers has become the main target of current clinical research direction.ObjectiveBy detecting the expression levels of serum tumor markers(TAP,CA153,CA125,CEA)in breast cancer patients,to investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of four indexes in breast cancer patients.Method113 patients with breast cancer were selected as the observation group,all of which were treated at xinxiang central hospital between October 2015 and October 2016.In addition,33 cases of breast benign lesions and 57 healthy persons in our hospital were collected as control group.The serum level of CA153,CA125 and CEA were determined by electrochemical methods(ECLA).TAP detection system was used to detect the level ofTAP.Choose 19.0 statistical software for all measurement data statistics processing.measurement data determination results with meanąstandard deviation.We adopt the method of t test is compared between group,if need to compute enumeration data and rate,we adopt the method of chi-square.Sensitivity,Specificity and the accuracy was used to evaluate the index for the diagnosis of breast cancer and the effect of joint in the diagnosis of breast cancer.ResultsThe levels of TAP,CA153,CA125,CEA were significantly different between the breast cancer compared with breast benign lesions and healthy controls.It concluded that TAP,CA153,CA125 and CEA were help to the diagnosis of breast cancer(All the P values were less than 0.05).The accuracy rates of TAP,CA153,CA125,CEA in breast cancer respectively were61.58%,61.08%,52.71%,51.23%,the sensitivity respectively were 34.51%,32.74%,21.24%,16.81%,the specificity respectively were 95.56%,96.67%,90.00%,94.44%.In the Single index detection,the accuracy rate of TAP was the highest and the value was61.58%.TAP had the highest sensitivity and the value was 34.51%,the specificity of CA153 was the highest and the value was 96.67%.The best combination of two markers was TAP and CA153 with accuracy rate was 68.47%,the sensitivity was 49.56%,and the specificity was 92.22%.The best combination of three markers was TAP,CA153 and CEA with accuracy rate was 68.47%%,the sensitivity was 53.98%,and the specificity was86.67%.The accuracy rate of combinations of the four serum markers for dignosis breast cancer were 66.50%,the sensitivity was 58.41%,and the specificity was 76.67%.According to the principle of preference and practicality.TAP combined with CA153 had the highest accuracy,and can be best combination among four tumor markers in the diagnosis of breast cancer.The levels of CA153,CA125 and CEA of breast cancer patients after treatment than that of before treatment significantly reduced(P < 0.05).The difference of TAP before and after treatment was not obvious(P>0.05).onemonth later,the reexamination result was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TAP was uncorrelated with the tumor stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and histopathological staging(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The TAP,CA153,CA125 and CEA can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis of breast cancer,but the diagnostic rate was low when they used to diagnosis by single marker alone.2.The detections of different combinations of the four serum markers for diagnosis breast cancer were singificantly higher than single marker and the combination of TAP and CA153 was the optimal combination of auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer.3.Three months after treatment,The serum levels of CA153,CA125 and CEA,compared with before treatment,were decreased obviously.four months after treatment,The level of TAP was began to decline.4.The level of TAP was uncorrelated with the tumor size,lymph node metastasis and histopathological staging.
