Analysis Of Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Types Of Chronic Hepatitis B And Fibrotouch Liver Stiffness Measurement

Objective: Chronic explore the relationship between TCM syndrome type Fibrotouch test results to provide objective evidence for the accurate differentiation of Chronic Hepatitis B,which is conducive to explore the optimization of Integrative Medicine program.Method: By shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine liver disease outpatient and ward collection included in the standard of patients with chronic hepatitis b,application Fibrotouch inspection method,inspection before fasting serum collected,routine blood,DNA quantitative,liver function,five items of hepatitis b,four liver fibrosis and color ultrasound.By SPSS 23.0 system and EXCEL analysis clinical data of patients with chronic hepatitis b based on clinical data sorting,induction,summary Fibrotouch results of traditional Chinese medicine of chronic hepatitis b.And included in30 cases of healthy people into the group as a control.Results:1.The ALT,AST,TBIL and DBIL were significantly different in each type of syndrome,among which the liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome was the most significant,Comparison of various types of TP,ALB and PALB have obvious differences,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency chronic hepatitis B in early stage,the highest content of serum protein.2.Abdominal ultrasound of various syndromes integral and the inner diameter of portal vein,liver fiber four compared with statistical significance,blood stasis syndrome than the other syndromes difference was no significant difference between the situation.3.There was no significant difference in the number of DNA between different types of hepatitis B.4.Various types of liver stiffness have a statistically significant difference,blood stasis is the most obvious,the syndrome of liver stiffness and liver fiber four,abdominal ultrasound was positively linear correlation.5.The liver stiffness was directly proportional to HA,C-IV,PC-III,LN,PALB,APRI index,abdominal color Doppler integral,and the diameter of portal vein,and inversely proportional to PLT,ALB and B,and these factors were significantly correlated with liver stiffness.Conclusion: Objective the results of Fibrotouch typing of chronic hepatitis B with traditional Chinese medicine has certain reference,the results of Fibrotouch combined with abdominal ultrasonography、liver function、Platelet markers and liver fiber four can further improve the accuracy of TCM syndrome of chronic hepatitis B.
