Based On Data Mining Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Of The Herbal Medicine Rule

Objective: Summarized in recent years the prescriptions for the treatment of LDH,to explore the rule of herbal medicine.It is concluded that the drug use frequency.It is concluded that the herbal medicine use frequency,of the herbal medicine used Four properties,Five tastes,Meridian tropism,core medicine in combination,New Zealand analysis,statistical analysis for clinical medicine and syndrome differentiation basic research to provide certain data basis.Methods: From January 1,1980-June 1,2016 CNKI,VIP and Wanfangdata three database retrieval prescriptions in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were included in the study,158 prescriptions.Application of "Chinese medicine heritage auxiliary platform" system,input research prescription,based on association rules,cluster analysis,the 158 prescriptions into the data mining.Results:Through the analysis of the 158 prescriptions,174 herbs frequency of usage,the top ten in turn is Dang gui(101),Niu xi(86),Gan cao(65),Du zhong(58),Shu di(53),Bai shao(50),Du huo(49),Chuan xiong(46),Sang jisheng(44),Wei lingxian(39),Xu duan(39).Are the Four properties in the top three of herbal,flat,cold,warm,accounted for 53%,26% and 26% respectively,and cold,hot medicine frequency at least.Five tastes of sweet,bitter,xin frequency of the top three,sour,salty,and astringency is less.Look from belong to the distribution,medicinal herbs to liver,kidney,spleen,heart sutra,belong to the liver through 1309 times,kidney by 729 times,is the top two.To commonly used medicines were analyzed,and the frequency of the top nine respectively is Niu xi-Dang gui,Gan cao-Dang gui,Niu xi-Gan cao,Chuan xiong-Dang gui,Du zhong-Niu xi,Du zhong-Dang gui,Dang gui-Bai shao,Dang gui-Du huo,Dang gui-Sang jisheng.Analysis of core combination of 3 ~ 4 herbs 52,New Zealand combination clustering core 22,further 11 clustering come to New Zealand,the data obtained from the analysis.Conclusion: Through the study of the data mining of 158 prescriptions,obtained from the study treatment herbal medicine law of LDH,data show that LDH is more of this virtual the actual card,based on liver and kidney deficiency,cold dampness,blood stasis,hot and humid as standard,and its basic pathogenesis.Of potential clinical according to the syndrome differentiation of disease classification,and New Zealand are cut,so as to provide some guidance for clinical effect.
