The Clinical Research Of "the Needling Methood Of Tonifying Brain And Kidney" In Deficiency Of Kidney Essence Type Of Tinnitus

Objectives To observe the influence on “needling methood of tonifying brain and kidney” of listening ability,CBF and mood in patients with deficiency of kidney essence type of tinnitus,evaluation the clinical effect and preliminary explore its mechanism,and to provide a new method of tackling the problem,convenient treatment,operation specification clinical treatment for deficiency of kidney essence type of tinnitus.Methods Selected 60 cases of deficiency of kidney essence type of tinnitus patient s from May 2015 to February 2017 regions in the people’s liberation army 255 hos pital outpatient who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria,60 cases were d ivided into treatment group and control group according to registration order,30 ca ses of each.The treatment group acupuncture Baihui(DU20),Shenting(DU24),Sishe nsong(EX-HN1),Tinggong(SI19),Fengchi(GB20),Taixi(KI3),Xuanzhong(GB39),1 t imes a day,30 days for a course of treatment,continuously 2 courses.The control group acupuncture Ermen(SJ21),Tinghui(GB2),Yifeng(SJ17),Shenshu(BL23),Taixi(K I3),Jiaxi(GB43),Zhongzhu(SJ3),1 times a day,30 days for a course of treatment,continuously 2 courses.followed up after the treatment,to observe and evaluate the pure tone audiometry,TCD before and after the treatment,Hamilton Anxiey Scale(H AMA)examination,the tinnitus assessment methods examination and the clinical tre atment effect.Results Before treatment the two groups of patients in gender,age,course of disease were was no statistically significant(P>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.After treatment the score of pure tone audiometry of two groups had obviously improved,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment the compare with every index of VA,BA of two groups had all improved,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the score of HAMA of two groups had obviously improved,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the compare with tinnitus assessment methods except tinnitus environment and impact on the lives and work of two groups had all improved,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).As for the treatment group 7 cases were cured,12 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effectual and 2 case were unfruitful with a total effective rate is 93.33%;As for the control group,3 cases were cured,9 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effectual and 6 cases were unfruitful with a total effective rate is 80.00%;Compared with the clinical curative effect of two groups,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is superior to that of the control group.Conclusions 1 “the needling methood of tonifying brain and kidney” can improve patients with deficiency of kidney essence type of tinnitus listening ability,anxious emotion and tinnitus assessment methods of the symptom scores.2 “the needling methood of tonifying brain and kidney” can significantly improve vertebrobasilar insufficiency,increase the blood flux and improve tinnitus.3 “the needling methood of tonifying brain and kidney” for treatment of patients with deficiency of kidney essence type of tinnitus was significantly better than the normal control group.4 “the needling methood of tonifying brain and kidney” has tonify brain and kidney,refine acupoints,exact effect,convenient treatment,convenient treatment,suitable to popularize in the clinical application.
