Clinical Study On Nervous Tinnitus,type Of Kidney Essence Deficiency, Treated By The Method Of Needling Traditional Acupoints And Vertigo-auditory Area In An Opposite-way

Purpose:The purpose of this research is to compare the efficacy to the patients with disease of NTKD which is treated by the method of needling TA and VAOTA,and then get a result that the method of needling VAOTA can achieve better efficacy by statistics and analysis the data of the research.Method: The totally 72 patients all came from internships clinic in a long-term collected,and randomized to two groups,which were the treatment group and the control group, equally in a single-blind way.The treatment group treated by the method of VAOTA,and the control group treated by the method of TA.Finally concluded thatthe effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after the treatment,which is supported by analysing the data of the result without off cases.Result:The effect of the treatment gro up was significantly better than the control group after the treatment,which is supported by the data of result that the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.75%,and the control group was 84.85%,and it have a significant difference which proved b y that SPSS rank test was P=0.04<0.05.Conclusion: The method of VAO TA can significantly improve the efficacy of TA to the patients with N TKD disease,and the method can optimize the method of acupuncture to the NTKD.
