Ipomoea cairica(Linn.)Sweet is a conglomerate(Ipomoea L.)plant,a perennial herbaceous rattan,its native tropical America,strong growth,strong Climbing ability,growth in the elevation of 90-610 meters of the plains or mountain roadside bushes sunny,Wuzhao Jinlong its roots for medicinal,topical heat sores,with detoxification effect,Guangxi with its leaves treatment of carbuncle,fruit Treatment of iron play.In order to understand the material basis of the pharmacological action of the clawed Jinlong plant,the following work was done: 10 compounds were isolated from the Wuzhao Jinlong herbs by using a variety of chromatographic methods,and 10 compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy.8 resin glycosides(compounds 1-8),2 lignin compounds(9-10).Among them are 1,4,5,6,7,8,new compounds,2,3,9,10 known resin glycosides.10 of these compounds as follows:(S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-butylacid-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-n-octanoylacid]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-gl ucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,2''-lactone)(1),(S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranos yl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-2(S)-methylbutyricacid-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,3''-lactone)(2),(11S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-n-decanoy-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranos yl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,3''-lactone)(3),(11S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-isobutyryl-?-L-rhamnopyran osyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-n-decanoyl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,2''-lactone)(4),(11S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-hecanoyl-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-n-decanoyl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-(1,2''-lactone)(5),(11S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,2''-lactone)(6),(11S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-L-rh amnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-butylacid-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,2''-lactone)(7),(S)-jalapinolicacid11-O-?-Lrhamnopyranosyl-(1?3)-O-[3-O-trans-cinnamoyl-4-O-n-decanoy-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)]-O-[2-O-(S)-2-methylbutyryl]-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?4)-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosy l-(1?2)-O-?-D-glucopyranoside-intramolecular(1,2''-lactone)(8),Arctiin(9),arctigenin(10).And the partial compounds were screened to inhibit the activity of ?-glucosidase,and it was found that the resin glycoside compound had an activity of inhibiting ?-glucosidase activity.
