Effect Of Rhubarb Oyster Decoction On Serum Calcium And Phosphorus Levels In TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Renal

Objective:Detecting the difference of Calcium and phosphorus of Chronic renal failure patients with Chinese medicine classification before and after Rhubarb oyster soup enema,to investigate The effect of Rhubarb oyster soup enema treatment Calcium and phosphorus metabolism of Chronic renal failure,to provide a new treatment ideas For different syndromes of patients with chronic renal failure Methods:70 cases of chronic renal failure patients were chosen,chronic renal failure patients were diagnosed in line with the "new drug clinical research guidelines(trial)",and in accordance with the "diagnosis of chronic renal failure,syndrome differentiation and efficacy evaluation"(trial program)(China Chinese medicine society kidney disease branch)for TCM syndrome differentiation.According to the design of the treatment program,the patients were divided into treatment group(rhubarb oyster soup enema)and control group using the method of random number table.Fasting blood samples were taken from each group of patients to record the values of calcium and phosphorus in the blood before treatment.The control group was given some treatment of basic disease.In addition to some treatment of basic disease the treatment group need Rhubarb oyster soup enema treatment(1 / day).The course of two treatments were one month.The fasting venous blood were extracted once again to record the values of calcium and phosphorus in the blood of each group after treatment.At the same time,10 healthy volunteers were selected.Fasting blood was collected in the morning to record the values of calcium and phosphorus in order to compare the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus between patients with chronic renal failure and healthy volunteers.ResultsThe serum Ca of patients with different types of chronic renal failure decreased and P elevated(P <0.01).There was a significant difference between the patients with different syndromes and the normal group.Blood calcium of treatment group patients of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group increased significantly(P <0.05),and blood phosphorus decreased insignificantly,there were no significant differences in statistics;Blood calcium of treatment group patients of spleen and kidney yang deficiency group increased significantly,and blood phosphorus decreased significantly(P<0.05),there were significant differences in statistics;Blood calcium of treatment group patients of qi and yin deficiency group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and blood phosphorus increased insignificantly,there were significant differences in statistics;Blood calcium,blood phosphorus of liver and kidney yin deficiency and yin and yang deficiency patients did not change obviously.There were no significant differences in statistics.Conclusion:Rhubarb oyster soup enema play a significant role on blood calcium,phosphorus regulation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency patients,and have a role in increasing blood calcium of spleen and kidney qi deficiency patients.In addition,this method have a significant role in decreasing phosphorus and with little effect on calcium and phosphorus of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and yin and yang deficiency patients.
