Objective:The influence of sports training on spatial learning and memory ability of rats after TBI,watching the water maze performance of each rat which had received adequate regulation sports training to explore the effects of exercise training on learning and memory capacity.Through the expression of BDNF in rat hippocampus,explore the mechanism of exercise training emplove the ability of learning and memory in TBI rats.Methods:45,only adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group(sham operation + no sports training),and the TBI group(surgery + no sports training)and TBI+ exercise training group(surgery + sports training),15 in each group.The TBI group and TBI+exercise training group were made into TBI model,4 days after TBI,exercise training on TBI+exercise training group(screen training training,the balance beam and swimming),each project training for 10 min,2 times daily,continuous training for 2 weeks.Sports training after the row of each group rats Morris water maze experiment to assess changes in spatial learning and memory ability of rats,1-4 days old rats escape records incubation time and the number of 5 days old rats through the platform.After the water maze experiment,put to death in the rat hippocampus and brain,using immunohistochemical method for rat hippocampus CA1 area of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)staining positive cells,and measuring the number of positive cells expression to show the expression of BDNF.Using SPSS20.0 version statistical software analysis of experimental data,this study measured data to(` x + s)said,compared by single factor analysis of variance between groups,P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:The Morris water maze experiment results:Navigation experiment: compared with TBI group,the control group and TBI+ exercise training group rats day 2 to 4 days to escape latency time significantly shortened(P < 0.05),no difference between the control group and TBI+exercise training group(P > 0.05).Space exploration experiment: the control group and TBI+exercise training group rats crossing platform number significantly higher than the TBI group(P < 0.05),control group and TBI+exercise training group,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Immunohistochemical results show that TBI group and the control group of BDNF expression has no obvious difference(P > 0.05),TBI+exercise training group of BDNF expression were significantly higher than the control group and TBI group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Rats can appear in the decline of learning and memory ability after TBI,and sufficient amount exercise training can improve the learning and memory disorder caused by TBI,its mechanism may be related to sports training can improve the expression of BDNF in hippocampus of rats.
