| Objective:To analyze TCM injection in clinical application in a hospital of Chinese medicine from 2013 to 2016 and make meta analysis of clinical curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease,tempt to provide reference for clinical treatment decisions.Methods:According to the dialectical theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,making a pharmacological classification of TCM injections frequently-used in a hospital of Chinese medicine.Making a statistical analysis of the sales volume,sales quantity,Defined Daily Dose Frequentness(DDDs),Defined Daily Cost(DDC)and the percentage of Chinese medicine injection sales accounted for the total amount of drug sales in this hospital of Chinese medicine.After searching and screening literature by using the computer database,and evaluating the literature that meets the research standard based on the methodological quality evaluation,conducted a meta-analysis of included literature using the random effects model and RveMan5.3 software.Results:From 2013 to 2016,the varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections in this hospital of Chinese medicine were 31,32,33,33,sales of traditional Chinese medicine injections and total sales of traditional Chinese medicine and the total amount of drug sales increased 23.85%,16.76%,10.43% in three years,the clinical use of TCMinjections in our hospital are basically reasonable.Ten literatures were included about Danhong injection in the treatment of diabetes CHD Meta analysis,in terms of total effective rate and significant efficiency of angina pectoris relief,Danhong injection with conventional therapy VS conventional treatment were df=7,P=0.90>0.1,I2=0%,OR[95%CI] 5.06 [3.29,7.79],df=7,P=0.80>0.05,I2=0%,the odds ratio(Odds Ratio)OR[95%CI] 2.20 [1.63,2.96],the statistically significant difference was(P<0.05).In terms of total effiective rate and significant efficiency of ECG improvement,Danhong injection with conventional therapy VS conventional treatment were OR[95%CI]2.33[1.52,3.56](P<0.05)and OR[95%CI] 1.82[1.23,2.70](P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of traditional Chinese medicine injection is increasing year by year in this hospital of Chinese medicine,and the application is in reasonable range.The results proved Danhong injection combined with conventional therapy show better effects in relieving angina pectoris and ECG than conventional treatment. |
