Objective:To evaluate curative effect and safety of danhong injection on the treatment of unstable angina(stagnation of the heart blood) of the coronary heart disease and discuss its mechanical action.Methods:72 patients in the department of cardiology of the Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who meet the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina of the coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (Danhong group) and control group, and each group was made up of 36 patients. In additional to the western medicine treatment, the treatment group was injected with 20ml Danhong injection, added with 5% GS or 0.9% NS 100ml by means of intravenous drip every day; for the control group, in addition to the west medicine foundation, the control group was injected with 400mg Xuesaitong (freeze-dried powder injection), added with 5% GS or 0.9% NS 100ml by means of intravenous drip every day; the treatment course is two weeks, during which symptom score and relevant inspection changes were observed before and after the treatment. And application statistical software was used for statistic analysis, which will be provided with clinical significance if P is less than 0.05.Result:1 Significant efficiency and total effective rate of the two groups:significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the treatment group are respectively 41.66% and 91.66%; significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the control group are respectively 19.45% and 88.89%, through the comparation between the two groups, statistical difference of total effective rate can not be found (P>0.05). But the significant efficiency of the treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).2 On the aspect of electrocardiogram improvement:significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the treatment group are respectively 30.55% and 77.77%; and significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the control group are respectively 27.78% and 72.22%. Statistical difference of total effective rate and significant efficiency of the two groups can not be found.3 Total effective rate of the TCM symptoms of the two groups:significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the treatment group are respectively 44.45% and 91.67%; and significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the control group are respectively 19.44% and 86.11%. There is no statistical difference of the total effective rate of the two groups, but the significant efficiency of the treatment group can be found.4 comparation of Hey, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of two groups:Hey, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of the two groups are reduced before and after the treatment, difference is provided with statistical signification (P<0.05), comparation of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP between the two groups is provided with statistical signification and the treatment group is superior to the control group, P<0.05.5 comparation between safety:there is no statistical signification (P>0.05) in and between the two groups, and there is no serious adverse reaction, so both of the two methods are provided with good safety. Conclusion:Dan hong injection is a Chinese medicine preparation which can provide a good and safe curative effect on the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart disease, and improve various laboratory indexes such as blood fat, Hey, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
