Objectives: In order to improve the biological properties of pure titanium implant, compound deal with the extracts by ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation on the surface-dopamine.Discussing the consistent influence of pure titanium micro-arc oxidation load eucommia bark extract biological membrane layer to staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and osteoblast, and provide reference and basis for its clinical application. Methods: Pure titanium micro-arc oxidation-dopamine is reference for group A.Pure titanium micro-arc oxidation dopamine 0.003125 g/ml,0.00625 g/ml and 0.009375 g/ml eucommia barks extract compound processing of experimental are used to group B,C and D successively.Cultivating pure titanium micro-arc oxidation-dopamine-load eucommia bark extract composite specimens and staphylococcus aureus escherichia coli in 37 ? constant temperature box and using laminate method to detect antimicrobial properties.Using the methods of CCK 8,SEM and ALP to detect the cellular compatibility of the specimens. Results: Group C and Group D have stronger antimicrobial property.According to analyzing of CCK 8 and ALP,specimen surface is more conducive than the control group on cell adhesion and proliferation and the order is C > D > B > A.These four groups have the significance of statistics.Laser confocal cytoskeleton morphology showed that group C and group D are more beneficial for the spreading and crosslinking of the cells. Conclusions: These four groups have better biocompatibility, and pure titanium micro-arc oxidation group C-dopamine-0.00625 g/ml eucommia barks extract biocompatibility is the best.
