Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL)and clinicopathological features and prognosis of serous ovarian cancer. To evaluate the predictive value of preoperative serum FSH,LH and PRL in patients with serous ovarian cancer prognosis.Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 73 cases of serous ovarian cancer patients serum FSH,LH,PRL and the relationship between clinical and pathological features,Kaplan-Meier method for single factor survival analysis.Multivariate survival analysis was performed using COX regression analysis.Nonparametric data correlation analysis using Spearman rank correlation for correlation analysis. The serum FSH,LH,PRL levels in 73 serous ovarian cancer patients were compared with those of normal control group(73).The difference of FSH,LH and PRL in the normal control group was compared with that of the control group(ROC).The area under the curve(AUC)When the maximum index was reached, the optimal threshold was established for serum FSH,LH and PRL levels. To compare the serum and serum levels of FSH,LH and PRL to predict the value of serous ovarian cancer prognosis. Results The levels of serum FSH and LH in age group were significantly higher than those in age group?50 years(p = 0.001,p = 0.019).The mean levels of FSH and LH in menopause group were significantly higher than those in non-menopause group(p < 0.001).Serum FSH and LH levels had no significant correlation with other clinicopathological features(p> 0.05).There was no significant correlation between serum PRL level and clinicopathological features(p> 0.05).Survival analysis showed that serum FSH levels were high(> 40.13 m IU / ml),serum PRL levels were high(> 14.96 ng / ml),FIGO staging(?+ ?)survived poor(P <0.05)There was no significant correlation between serum LH level and prognosis(X2 = 3.465,p = 0.063).Multivariate analysis showed that serum PRL> 14.96 ng / ml was a risk factor for the prognosis of serous ovarian cancer,HR(95% CI): 3.322(1.018-10.841),p = 0.047.There was a positive correlation between serum FSH and serum LH in serous ovarian cancer patients,r = 0.808,p <0.001;serum FSH was not correlated with serum PRL level in patients with serous ovarian cancer,r = 0.23,p = 0.05;There was no significant correlation between serum LH and serum PRL level in patients with ovarian cancer,r = 0.134,p = 0.257.The levels of serum FSH,LH and PRL in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(40.87(21.19,52.85)m IU / ml vs 16.1(7.73,36.5)m IU / ml,24.90(13.35,37.42)m IU / ml vs 16.69(26.72)m IU / ml,12.31(9.22,16.625)m IU / ml VS 9.2(7.64,14.33)m IU / ml,p <0.001,p = 0.007,p = 0.018.Serum AMI of serous ovarian cancer was 0.692(95% CI: 0.603-0.78),p <0.001,the critical value was 29.12 m IU / ml;serum LH was diagnosed as serous ovarian cancer with AUC of 0.630(95% CI: 0.539-(95% CI: 95% CI: 0.521-0.706),p <0.05,the critical value was 8.44 m IU / ml;the serum PRL was diagnosed as serous ovarian cancer with AUC of 0.614(95% CI: 95% CI: 0.521-0.706)Serum AMI of serum FSH combined with serum LH was 0.725(95% CI: 0.641-0.81),p <0.001;serum FSH combined with serum PRL detected AUC was 0.752(95% CI: 0.671-0.834),p <0.001;serum PRL The serum A serum of LH was 0.642(95% CI: 0.551-0.732),p <0.05;serum FSH,serum PRL,serum A was 0.698(95% CI: 0.611-0.785),p <0.001.Conclusion The levels of serum FSH and LH in older group(>50)were significantly higher than those in younger group(?50)(P <0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in postmenopausal serum were significantly higher than those in premenopausal women. The serum levels of FSH and PRL were significantly correlated with serous ovarian cancer;Serum PRL is a prognostic factor in serous ovarian cancer.Serum FSH,LH,PRL diagnosis of serous ovarian cancer patients were the best cutoff value of 29.12 m IU / ml,26.76 m IU / ml,8.44 ng / ml;combined detection of serous ovarian cancer AUC,specificity is better than single detection.
