Research Progress On Intra-familialy Cluster Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

A growing number of studies have shown that the main transmitting route of Helicobacter pylori is mouth to mouth or fecal to mouth and the infection has a characteristic of familial aggregation.Infected parents can transmit Helicobacter pylori to children.Understanding the intra-familial cluster of helicobacter pylori infection is essential for preventing gastric cancer by searching infected children and controlling the infection rate.This report has reviewed recent studies of familial cluster and influencing factors in family of helicobacter pylori infection.
