| Objective : To investigate the incidence and risk factors of endoscopic retrog-rade cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),and to provide evidence for the prevention of complications.Method:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from May 2013-October 2016 in four years after ERCP treatment of 1225 cases of clinical data, summarize the ERCP in the development and analysis of the past four years the population characteristics, treatment of patients with ERCP incidence trend in our hospital. The rate of complications and risk factors analysis of postoperative complications of year by year,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation ERCP.By using the method of ERCP for the treatment of end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis patients, analysis of the methods for the treatment of postoperative morbidity and risk factors.Result: 1.Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in recent years, the amount of ERCP treatment increased year by year, the incidence of complications decreased year by year.2.ERCP analysis of four years of treatment of 1255 cases is mainly used for the treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases, such as biliary stones, tumors, pancreatic duct stenosis, stenosis, postoperative related complications of hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis(PEP),gastrointestinal bleeding, biliary tract infection rate were 8.87%,2.95%,2.13%,3.43%.1225 cases of ERCP patients in middle-aged and elderly male residents and farmers are the main,of which the incidence of biliary stones for women. Conclusion: 1.the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University developed ERCP,the amount of treatment increased year by year, and the incidence of complications decreased year by year.2.factors affecting the occurrence of high amylase are: long operation time(>1h)and difficult nipple insertion.3.the influencing factors of digestive tract bleeding are biliary tract tumor, diverticulum, papilla and EST incision;4.PEP influencing factors: total bile duct stones, guidewire inserted into pancreatic duct(> 3 times),pancreatic duct development.5.the influencing factors of biliary tract infection are biliary drainage, choledocholithiasis, biliary stent implantation. |
