Objective: Contrast extraperitoneal and intraperitoneal sigmoid colostomy in both in general surgical complications,postoperative recovery and colostomy related complications to whether there is a difference and discuss the application value of extraperitoneal colostomy.Method: Through the records in Dec.2015-December 2016 visits allocated about Qinghai University hospital in patients with laparoscopic assisted colorectal Miles operation(APR),extraperitoneal colostomy colostomy group of 35 cases,intraperitoneal colostomy colostomy group of 30 cases,gather relevant clinical data of two groups were analyzed.Results: Generally similar between the two groups had no statistical significance(P >0.05);Intraoperative: group and the control group in the operation time(220.09 ±27.04 and 212.47 ± 20.45,P > 0.05),the colostomy time(23.43 ± 2.67 min and22.17±3.02,P > 0.05)and surgical blood loss(183.71±85.89 ml and 172.33±76.77,P > 0.05)difference had no statistical significance.Postoperative recovery: research group and the control group at postoperative exhaust time(Median value 2d and 3d,P > 0.05)and postoperative hospitalization days(14.71±6.91 d and 17.33±4.40 d,P > 0.05),the difference of no statistical significance,and colostomy defecate time after surgery(Median value 2d and 3d,P < 0.05),and for the first time the meal time(Median value 2d and 3d,P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.General complications: 6 cases of study group,control group in 7 cases,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Colostomy complications: 9 cases of group,control group(15 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Team colostomy edema in 7 cases,control group in 1 cases,(P < 0.05),two group of patients with colostomy edema,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Reduce the colostomy complications,extraperitoneal tunnel sigmoid colostomy compared with intraperitoneal colostomy.Postoperative digestive function recovery,extraperitoneal tunnel sigmoid colostomy postoperative defecation time and eating time earlier than intraperitoneal colostomy.But extraperitoneal colostomy edema occurred within the intraperitoneal colostomy patients with peritoneal sigmoid colostomy patients is high.
