Objective To improve the hospitalized patients' experience of imaging examination service through the multidisciplinary nursing team model.Methods Training group composed by radiologists,technicians and nurses of imaging department and clinical nurses composed of a multidisciplinary nursing team,training group regular gather clinical nurse for imaging knowledge training,clinical nurses back to there own department is transmitted to the rest of the nurses,nurses of imaging department cooperated with clinical nurse to take intervention in preparation of CCTA examinations,comparing the difference about test scores,correct rate of preparation in abdominal examination,inspection readiness,wating time,inspection time,one-time success rate and the effective dose(ED)before and after intervention.Results 1.Test scores after the training(73.49±6.69)higher than before(67.08±7.57),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),2.Theaccuracy of CCTA examination preparation improved from 53.57% to 82.8%.Wating time reduced from 55.10±22.61 minutes to 55.10±21.64 minutes,Scan time reduced from 9.16±1.84 minutes to 7.37±1.66 minutes,differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),One-time success rate improved from 77.98% to 87.90%,effective dose reduced from by 8.94±1.73 m Sv to 6.52±1.51 m Sv,difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the intervention of multidisciplinary nursing team,improved the clinical nurse image knowledge,the accuracy of guidance about abdominal CT examination,improve the success rate of CCTA inspections and hospitalized patients' experience of imaging examination service.
