New Method To Build A Multidisciplinary Team For Health Management Of Medical Quality Control System Research

[Background and Objective]The establishment and implementation of new method to build a multidisciplinary team for health management of medical quality control system improve the quality and effectiveness of health management. We use the control standard about inquiry and scheduling project, The secondary responsibility system, three-level review system, Class-four intervention system, evidence-based medicine, to enhance the quality efficiency and benefit of health management medical care,on the basis of National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China enact the project of Checkup, temporary checkup control standard and About the standard physical examination application notification of radiological examination technology.[Method]Collected the quality control system in our health management and people receive medical examination before and after the implementation,usedt test and chi-square test to analyze. Results After implementation of new method to build a multidisciplinary team for health management of medical quality control system, The special attention of Checkup awareness rate、The awareness rate of fasting before Checkup enhance from36.40%to77.60%. Emptying their bladder before gynecologic examination awareness rate enhance from 51.10% to 84.90%. Keeping the middle part of urine awareness rate enhance from 37.10% to 85.5%. Fasting project awareness rate enhance from 54.50% to 77.10%. Informed consent awareness rate about check Hepatitis b enhance from 54.70% to 77.1%. Contain urine before Gynecology Ultrasonic awareness rate enhance from 50.30% to 84.10%. Questionnaire for Health management Completion Rate enhance from 29.10% to 81.70%. CT examination in accordance with the percentage of radiation inspection documents enhance from 80.03% to 85.32%. DR check coincidence rate increased from 74.91% to 83.66%. Health behavior period had obvious enhancement(92.96%)and were statistically different against before carrying out(χ2=63.387, P=0.000).The health risk factors of people with chronic diseases like Systolicpressure,Diastolic pressure,Glucose,Cholesterol,Bodymassindex and Uricacidreduced after the intervention and were statistically different.
