Purpose: this researchstudy the clinical characteristics of myasthenia gravis(MG)and analyze the relationship between clinical features. Methods: 79 MG cases were collected that which is of clear diagnosis hospitalized in 2012.7-2017.1 in the hospital. The data of the collected cases include sex, age, age of onset, course of disease, onset symptoms, clinical classification, laboratory tests(work,anti-nuclear antibody spectrum, tumor markers, blood, myasthenia gravis-related antibodies),electromyography,Radiographic findings(thymic pathology),treatment(glucocorticoid, other immunosuppressive agents, bromosapine, human gamma globulin, plasma exchange),therapeutic effects, and whether the merger crisis. Then this researchorganize the data, study the incidence and clinical featuresof each case and analysis the interrelationships between clinical features.Results:(1)the incidence of MG of women is slightly higher than that of men,men may have a late age of onset, but the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The most common first symptom is ptosis(69.6%)and?b type is most in OSSerman typing.(3)MG was significantly associated with thyroid abnormalities(49.4%),anti-nuclear antibody spectrum abnormalities(39.2%)and thymus abnormalities(59.5%).MG combined thyroid abnormalities is common in thyroid antibodies abnormalities(21 cases)and hypothyroidism(25 cases)and relatively rare in hyperthyroidism(2 cases).(4)Patients of MG combined with positive antinuclear antibody spectrum is older than patients with negative anti-nuclear antibody spectrum(p=0.027<0.05).(5)The abnormal incidence of thymus in patients of MG combined withpositive tumor markers is higher than patients with negative tumor markers(p=0.043<0.05).The age of onsetof MG patients with thymus abnormalities is larger than patients with normal thymus(p=0.038<0.05),(6)and more prone to crisis(p=0.036<0.05).In patients with abnormal thymus MG,The age of onset with thymoma is larger than thymus hyperplasia(p=0.036<0.05),and the incidence of B3 thymoma was highest in each pathological type. Conclusions: MG combined with different diseases also showed different clinical features, and the prognosis is associated with pathological typing...
