Effect Of Endostar Combined With Hyperthermic Perfusion Chemotherapy On CECs And VCEC In Malignant Ascites Of Ovarian Cancer

Objective: The morbidity of Ovarian Cancer ranks 8 among female neoplasm in the world,about 40% patients can be cured according to statistic data issued be USA,now Ovarian Cancer has become the most relevant death-caused factor of female neoplasm.In China,patients in majority were in Phase Ⅲ when they accepted treatment,thus led to a bad recovery situation after surgery.Now,the recommended but risky treatment is HIPEC Treatment with Cytoreductive Surgery.As kinds of Endothelial Cells,CECs and VCEC,existing in peripheral blood,are thought to be an observable index to predict neoplasm effect and recovery since the index rise by neoplasm promotion and decline by effective cure based on experimental data.Through examining the number of CECs and VCEC in peripheral blood,this experiment will evaluate the effect and relevance between pure Ovarian HIPEC and combined Endostar Abdomen HIPEC treatment.Method: 39 patients are separated into two groups at random,20 in treatment group adopt combined Endostar Abdomen HIPEC treatment,while 19 in comparison group adopt pure Abdomen HIPEC treatment.Peripheral blood should be exsanguinated from all patients 1 week before and after treatment to examining CECs and VCEC by using flow cytometry method.Also,peripheral blood should be exsanguinated from healthy women for negative comparison.Observation:1)Index and difference of CECs and VCEC in comparison group,treatment group and healthy people before treatment.2)Index and difference of CECs and VCEC in comparison group,treatment group after treatment.3)Difference of CECs and VCEC in bloody ascites and common yellow green ascites before/after treatment in treatment group.4)Effective ratio and difference of anti-neoplasm treatment in comparison group,treatment group.All the statistic data and diagram will be made through SPSS 16.0 and EXCEL 2010.All the data will be displayed.All the statistic analysis will be bilateral,and P<0.05 is considered to have statistic meaning.Relevant measuring data accord with Gaussian Distribution will adopt T test comparison,comparison of effective ratio will adopt Chi-square Test,relevance analysis will adopt spearman’s.Results: 1.The CECs of healthy group and comparison group before treatment have markedly difference(p < 0.001),the CECs of healthy group and treatment group before treatment have markedly difference(p<0.001),and the index show no difference between treatment group and comparison group(p=0.658).The VCEC of healthy group and comparison group before treatment have markedly difference(p<0.001),the VCEC of healthy group and treatment group before treatment have markedly difference(p<0.001),and the index show no difference between treatment group and comparison group(p=0.726).2.The CECs of comparison group before/after treatment have difference,the level of CECs after treatment declines evidently,p < 0.001.The VCEC of comparison group before/after treatment have difference,p<0.001.The CECs of treatment group before/after treatment have difference,p<0.001.The VCEC of treatment group before/after treatment have difference,the level of VCEC after treatment declines evidently,p<0.001.3.Comparison of CECs and VCEC difference before treatment between blood group(2b+3b)and non-blood group(3a+2a).The level of CECs presents Gaussian Distribution before treatment between blood group and non-blood group,and P=0.011<0.05 by adopting 2 sample Student’s t test,the difference has statistic meaning.But for VCEC,the result P=0.083>0.05 shows no statistic meaning.4.The RR ratio of treatment group is 80%,and comparison group is 78.9%,by adopting Chi-square Test for effective ratio of them,the result P=0.716 shows no statistic meaning.The CECs of 2a group and 2b group before/after treatment,by adopting T Pair Test,the P=0.01<0.05 has statistic meaning.The decline of VCEC of 2a group and 2b group before/after treatment,by adopting T Pair Test,the P=0.047<0.05 has statistic meaning.The decline of CECs of 3a group and 3b group before/after treatment,by adopting Variance matching T Test,the P=0.388>0.05 shows no statistic meaning,the two decline level of CECs have no difference.The decline of VCEC of 3a group and 3b group before/after treatment,by adopting Variance matching T Test,the P=0.303>0.05 shows no statistic meaning.5.The relevance analysis between level of CECs before treatment and effect of treatment will adopting spearman‘s,the relevant index rs=-0.170,P=0.300,without statistic meaning.For the VCEC,the result x rs=-0.471,P=0.003,with statistic meaning,and display negative relevance.Conclusion: 1.CECs are a potential indicator of malignant ascites control in patients with ovarian cancer.2.The abdomen HIPEC and combined Endostar abdomen HIPEC treatment are effective to cure ovary with ascites.3.The combined Endostar abdomen HIPEC treatment have the trend to promote the efficiency of abdomen HIPEC treatment,but shows no statistic meaning.4.Endostar can well target malignant ascites,let it be under better control.5.The level of VCEC and cure effect of patients who suffer ovarian cancer with malignant ascites,display negative relevance.
