The Research On Effects Of Eight Section Brocade Characteristic Nursing Training On The Muscle Strength Of The Quadriceps Femoris In The Knee Osteoarthritis Isokinetic Muscle Strength

Purpose:To preliminary explore the eight period of jin characteristics of nursing training in the rehabilitation exercise of knee joint osteoarthritis,for knee osteoarthritis rehabilitation nursing to provide theoretical basis and practical basis.Methds:A total of 70 women with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected from October2015 to October 2016 in a three grade a hospital in Jilin province,aged 50 to 55 years of age.Prospective controlled trial design methods,screening into standard patient 70 cases,among them 35 cases as control group,4 weeks to regular training;As experimental group,35 cases in the control group on the basis of 4 weeks to eight brocade characteristic nursing training,by adopting the technology of constant speed test subjects before and after the intervention of isokinetic test indicators,including peak torque PT,the average joint activities range AROM,average power AP and the knee pain scores.Reults:Experimental group before and after the intervention of knee extensor peak torqu e(PT),average power(AP),he average joint activities range(AROM)scores and degree of knee pain score comparison(P < 0.01),the control group before and after the in tervention of knee extenor peak torque(PT),average power(AP),integral(AROM)average k nee joint mobility and degree of knee pain score comparison(P < 0.01);After two groups of in tervention lateral knee extensor peak torque(PT),average power(AP)(P < 0.01);Knee compa re average of motion(AROM)scores(P < 0.05),the degree of knee pain score(P > 0.05).Concluion:Eight brocade characteristic nursing training and general training can improv e the knee joint osteoarthritis quadriceps muscle force and muscle function and arthritis activit y,and eight brocade characteristic of nursing training is superior to the conventional training group;The eight sessions of special training and routine training can improve the symptoms o f knee pain,and they have the same advantage.
