The Experience And Researching On Treating Vertigo Of Professor Zhang Huailiang By The Theory Of Neijing

Vertigo is a common clinical and frequently-occurring disease,which can seriously affect the patient’s quality of life,and if people do not pay attention to it and receive timely treatment,further development will also lead to other diseases,which do harm to the patient’s physical and mental health.As the ancestor of the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,Nei jing has original documents and the most simple dialectics thought.There are 29 records about vertigo in Nei jing,both in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and treatment and prognosis were very detail,so as to build an basic framework about understanding and treatment of vertigo symptoms,the practitioners of later generations recognise and improve on the basis of the theory of knowledge.Professor Zhang huailiang,who has plenty of knowledge and clinical experiences,especially the original opinion and profound attainments on theory in Neijing.Professor zhang,who has rich clinical and original experience in the long-term of the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,is good at understangding the basis of related theory in Neijing to guide the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.Based on related theory in neijing,Professor Zhang gradually formed a unique style of diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.This article is divided into two parts.The first part is to summarize the theory about vertigo in Neijing systematically;The second part is to analysis Professor Zhang’s prescribtion and then conclude his clinical experience in vertigo.This part are devided into four points.Firstly,how to recognize the name of vetigo;Secondly,the recognization of the cause and pathogenesis of vetigo.Third,the classification of syndrome differentiation and the analysis of typical cases of vertigo;Fourth,a summary of unique medication experiences.Through the research and summary of the above two parts,we can come to the conclusion that there are plenty of experiences in diagnosis vertigo.Firstly,Neijing had illustrated 16 points from external and internal parts.Secondly,the diagnosis and treatment of the disease has been devided into 18 points by Professor Zhang,who is good at using different drugs to meet different syndromes.What’s more,he also combine the disease with modern medicine to know the following development of vertigo.
