The Experience And Researching On Treating Vertigo Of Professor Zhang Huailiang By Using ZhangZhongjing's Theory Of Vertigo Caused By Tanyin

Vertigo is mainly one of the common symptoms of dizziness and visual rotation,Zhang Zhongjing in his book of "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases" always use "xuan"," mao " to describe it.The provisions relating to vertigo by Tanyin more than half in his book about vertigo,so we can see Zhongjing pay more attention to it.He first explains the theory of " Vertigo caused by Tanyin",and establishs the treatment rule to cure it by warm medicine.My tutor in the treatment of clinical vertigo syndrome,expounds and propagates the theory of " Vertigo caused by Tanyin",highlights Yin and mention phlegm,making it more adapt to the current characteristics of the disease.He combines his own clinical experience,flexibly using the treatment rule,prescription and medicinal herbs,which obtaining good clinical efficacy in the treatment of vertigo.The article is divided into two parts to discuss.In the first part,we simply discusse the different physicians`s views of etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo from ancient times to the present.When it comes to Zhongjing`s section,based on the provisions and prescriptions relating to vertigo,we clarify zhongjing`s view of the theory of " Vertigo caused by Tanyin",highlighting his theory piay an important role in the history of vertigo syndrome differentiation and treatment.In the second part,the author through learning from tutor and the clinical summary,sums up the experience of Professor Zhang Huailiang by using the theory to treat vertigo,Mainly from the following six points,expanding different symptom elements,perfecting treatment rules,using prescriptions and herbs flexibly,refinementing classification of syndromes,paying attention to living nursing,shareing typical cases.and further providing evidence of theory and practice when treating the vertigo caused by Tanyin in clinical work.
