Clinical Observation Of Self-made Wenyang Yunpi Decoction In Treating Anorexia Of Children With Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Objective:To observe the effect of self-made Wenyang Yunpi Decoction in treating anorexia of children with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,and to expand the idea of TCM syndrome treatment of infantile anorexia and provide reference for improvingthe clinical effect.Method:A total of 30 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type anorexia patients,using self-made Wenyang Yunpi Decoction recipe treatment,twice a day,2weeks.The general situation of the children and the syndrome of the treatment before and after the treatment were recorded,and the syndromes before and after the treatment were quantified,and the scores of the syndromes before and after the treatment were compared and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Result:(1)Clinical curative effect after 2 weeks of treatment:evaluation of the curative effect of disease were recovered from 2 cases(6.7%),significant effectiveness 6 cases(20%),effective 19 cases(63.3%),invalid 3 cases(10%),and total effective 90%;the curative effect evaluation of TCM syndromes were recovered from 4 cases(13.3%),significant effectiveness 9 cases(30%),effective 15 cases(50%),invalid 2 cases(6.7%),total effective 93.3%.(2)The scores of syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared:the total scores(t=14.288,P=0.000),The main symptom scores(t=13.896,P=0.000)and secondary symptom score(t=10.878,P=0.000)were statistically analyzed with statistical significance(P<0.05);the degree of illness after treatment was improved,but there was no statistical significance.(3)The improvement of symptoms: the scores of the main symptoms before and after the treatment(loss of appetite,the decrease of food,and extremities temperature),and the scores of sub symptoms(Spiritual complexion,Gas pool color and lustre,abdominal fullness and distention,nausea and vomiting,Fatigue and fatigue of limbs,laziness,sweating,Stool and urine)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Body weight increased compared with that before treatment,but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:Self-made Wenyang Yunpi Decoction is used to warm Spleen Yang.To help the spleen and stomach restore normal receiving function,can obviously improve the syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type anorexia patients,promote the growth of body weight and reduce the degree of illness.It is an effective prescription to treat the anorexia of children with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.At the same time,we also found that the past medical history,irrational diet habits and diet structure injury and spleen and stomach Yang Qi,easily lead to the occurrence of spleen and stomach deficiency cold symptoms,it is worth further study.
